I’M IN LOVE. Irina’s lip blushing is the best I’ve ever had. She outlined my lips to perfection and hand mixed a gorgeous personalized color to ensure a beautiful, natural outcome. Yes my lips are vibrant today as they will heal and settle into a natural, lush color- but I have to share Irina’s fresh crisp ink!
