I just popped in here and bought a few things. first time visitor. The staff was friendly-ish but didn't help me when I needed new sizes even though there were only two customers and 4 employees.Then, after checking out for $300, they charged me for a bag. It's not a plastic bag denver fee - the bag isn't plastic. I thought this was insane given the price tag of their items. Cheapens the whole experience especially given the price of their products.

I walked into the store to be greeted by the friendliest, employee who introduced herself as Autumn. She was so helpful with suggestions and was honest when helping me find my perfect fitting jeans. She remained patient despite my dressing room jean nliss... I ended up leaving w something I didn't pick myself. Thanks to Automn I will be back. Oh and I recognized her as my colorado springs stylist. If you need a best friend to shop with.... she is your girl.

There has been times I have been here and not seen anything I love but there has also been times when I have walked in and purchased multiple bags of really cute items. The fit and quality of the items they sell are good but what I love most is, it almost feels like I have a personal shopper with me when I go in. They are very attentive and want to help you out as much as possible. My only complaint is the smaller sizes tend to run out much faster than anything else.

Probably 5 years ago I found some cute tops. Now, the past couple years, nothing was appealing. Also the jewelry seems to be the purchase-in-bulk-from-China cheap products.

It's great to see companies that bring good service do well. However it's heartbreaking to see companies grow and then lose what got them there. The service in the new space is horrific. Serious management needs to reel it in and bring back the service that brought the growth to begin with. I don't think I'll be back. I've shopped this company since they were hot mama and had one store in the denver area. I hope things can be turned around.

Always amazed how even AFTER a pandemic businesses put no value on customer service.. I walked in lured by the brands mentioned on the storefront.. I’d finished up a meeting at the Halycon and wanted to take a quick peek to see if worth coming back later to shop.. The entire time i was in the store not one person looked up from their straightening of racks or said so much as a hello.. A simple “hi welcome is customary..” They didnt have time to acknowledge me- I definitely dont have time to spend my money there. Cherry Creek businesses as a whole are unimpressive ..they should borrow some customer service training from the Halycon..

Shabby chic women's clothing. I knew my wife would buy a pair of skinny jeans immediately upon entering this establishment. I was not wrong. The staff were very helpful and didn't mind that I was watching football on my phone at the front of the store as my wife had a field day for 30 mins. Totally worth the trip after bottomless brunch across the street.

I have shopped at this store multiple times and have spent a good amount of money. The staff has been great in the past, however I had an issue with a $59 tank top I bought several months ago and only wore it once and the woven sleeves came loose. I took it back and the manager/sales associate, Jill said that they hadn’t had any other complaints about that specific shirt. I asked if I could exchange it and her response was “I will let you exchange it this time but if it happens again, there’s nothing I can do”. Guess what..... It happened again so I took it back along with a dress I returned and she said “I already told you, there’s nothing I can do”! I mentioned that I could never wear the shirt again and she chose not to do anything. In my mind, I would have contacted the Distributor to let them know the issue and I would have offered store credit or an exchange. But apparently good ole’ Customer Service doesn’t exist anymore and their customers aren’t worth going the extra mile! Thanks for the great customer service Jill! ? I will never shop there again and will make sure my friends don’t either!!

I always have a good experience at this store and love all the clothes. I don’t feel judged for not being very fashionable. Jill is especially nice, helpful and patient!

Mixed bag. I’ve found a few things that work but overall the blouses have quality issues. And I felt like lately their fashions are for teens not adults. Sizing is difficult and I’m average size.
