I usually only do a review when something is exceptional bad, like most idiots writing reviews. These guys are exceptional good though. They were a pleasure to work with. It’s nice to know people you can trust and be confident that you will be treated fairly.

Purchased a Metabo miter saw from Lowes in Nov of 2021. Miter saw stopped working. Item has a 5 year warranty. Contact Metabo's parent company, they said to take the saw to Empire Staple. Take the saw to Empire, they immediately charge me $49 and call it an "estimating fee". They shipped the saw to Denver, Denver store calls and lets me know that the wires in the handle came loose from the contact locations, meaning this is covered by the warranty. They didn't charge me for the repairs but they would not give me the $49 back. Thanks for ripping the little guy off, much appreciated.
