Gabe Giles’s was amazing! I felt he listened to all my wishes and needs and I never felt like I was working with a salesman but someone who truly cared about what I wanted!

We had a fantastic experience at Emich VW. Mateo annswered all of our questions and provided a great breakdown of all features and trim packages for the Atlas. Discussing numbers and finalizing the purchase was quick and very simple. The staff has been extremely responsive to any questions we have about our new 2024 Atlas. Love the vehicle and couldn't be happier with the excellent service we received from Emich.

I debated whether to post a review as it has been since June when I took my car in for an oil change but am doing so to inform others. First bought a used certified Tiquan from them in August 2023. Transaction was fine as I paid cash. No issues. In June took the car for an oil change. Only put 4K miles on it but had been 10 months so figured would get an oil change. Had an appointment but had to wait 4 hours for the car which was ridiculous. When it was ready was told it needed an alignment which would cost $400+ and it had an oil leak somewhere and they needed to do a leak test to find out where. Car is under warranty so any leak test and leak fix should ne covered. Was told the test was not under warranty but most likely the leak fix would be. Obviously I was not buying what they were pushing. Took it to another dealer and no alignment needed and the oil leak was due to a leaking vacuum pump which they diagnosed and replaced in less than the 4 hours these folks could do an oil change. Hope the GM reads this as interested in seeing the response. Never going back to Emich VW
Thanks for the response. Although you really took no responsibility for anything. I noted there was no comment by you regarding the $400 alignment not needed. Would like to know the commission that would have been paid to the tech for that not needed work.

First off I would like to thank Colt for all the updates however the service department
as well as the technicians can't figure out what the problem is with my car. I had a
1996 Jetta for 13 years before I purchased this 2005 Jetta in 2009. The car has been
there for over a month - check engine light keeps popping up. The car was at Emich
last year on two different occasions for over a month as well. Once again check engine light, traction light and EPC light were popping up. Now I am being told that
engineers have to get involved. The car has been paid for as well as an extended warranty. Also just purchased another extended warranty that is paid for as well - I
love driving volkswagons. I have been driving a courtesy vehicle for the past month which I am very thankful for. Can't wait to drive the vehicle that I purchased again.
Once again thanks for all the help goes to Colt and Pete. For what ever reason, just
can't figure this car out

I visited this dealership about two weeks ago to check out the Cross Sport. Although they didn’t have the specific color I wanted available until the end of the month, I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received.
The staff at the dealership were friendly, professional, and very attentive. They provided clear information about the availability of the vehicle and kept me updated on the expected arrival time of the color I preferred.

Emich VW's answer in Denver was they gave me 19,000 in discounts. It was the rebates from the government during the EV crash. He denies ever telling me that it is a 2023 car. Volkswagen told me they would follow up. they left a number for me to call and it did not link to the person I was supposed to talk to and have not heard back.
In summary THERE ANSWER IS THE CAR WON'T WORK WELL IN HEAT. I GUESS I CAN ONLY DRIVE IN CERTAIN PLACES AT CERTAIN TIMES FOR $600.

I was unable to find my previous unfavorable review to update it, so here's an update that needs to be shared.
Just sent this letter to the Emich Service Manager:
Hello Michael,
Not sure if you recall, but we had some back-and-forth dialog concerning work that Emich did on my daughter's Tiguan and a quote for sunroof repair that I didn't have done.
About the sunroof specifically: Your diagnosis was to replace the entire mechanism with a quote of over $4800. While the car was in your care, a trim piece was broken and the car was broken into. At the time I said no to the repair and thought that I could take care of it in my garage once the car got back home from Colorado. Today was that day. Here's what it took:
- I plugged the switch back in, that your tech left unplugged (under all the trim (broken and not).
- Opened the sunroof all the way.
- Cleaned the tracks.
- Greased the tracks and hinges/mechanism.
- Performed the switch reset.
- Done
The sunroof works perfectly. I spent $1.15 to replace a screw that your tech left off. I superglued the trim piece that your tech broke.
You guys are either crooks to totally inept, either way, this needs to be reported to any and all that may consider stepping foot in Emich Service.

Needed a car fast. Got a hold of VW on Santa Fe Dr. Nermina was there to assist us through the buying process. Looked through used cars available. Picked the one we wanted. And boom! It was fast. Great car. Great value. And very great service. Nermina and of course the financial part of it was very satisfactory. Hoping to work with your service department as time goes along. Thank you very much.

Jared was very kind and understanding with my issues, yet I was disappointed that I had just had an oil change done by EMICH 3,000 miles ago and during that time had to put oil in my engine two times, due to the light coming in indicating that there was a problem. I have a 2019 Tiguan, and this shouldn’t be the case. I don’t think I should have had to pay the second time after recently having had my oil changed.

We are so grateful for the kind and professional staff at Emich Volkswagen. We were traveling through Denver on our way home from a 10+ day road trip and our car started having issues. Emich happily said they would do their best to fit us in (they acknowledged up front that they had a full day of appointments and were short-staffed). Their waiting area was perfect and kept our kids entertained while we waited. They had the issue identified and repaired in a few short hours and we were on our way home. Thank you, Emich Volkswagen!!!

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dealer. Rapid responses, helpful and empathetic service team, transparency, did everything right, and the online portal makes things surprisingly much easier than expected.
