Chef Elan was very knowledgeable about everything he had in his store. Being from the industry, it was refreshing not to be pressured into buying something, rather he recognized what we were into knife wise and steered us in the right direction. Bought two knives, one chefs knife and a paring. Extremely sharp and can cut through about anything. Owner was very helpful at finding one at the right price point and giving care instructions.
