Terrible experience, I do not recommend this workshop and this person called or has taken a couple of cars to be fixed, one of them charged me and left it worse and the same thing happened in another truck and he is not responsible for the warranty. so I do not recommend at all I will continue posting comments because I am too upset

While on Vacation driving through Denver my car started running rough. I looked up car repair places and I was close to El Monte's. I showed up there and told Jesus my situation. He said they were very busy but he hooked up my car to his diagnoser anyway to see what was wrong. He found out I had a bad spark plug and wire. The rest of his crew was at lunch and he said he could switch it out real quick. He literally went himself to go get the part and got me back on the road quickly. Jesus literally stopped what he was doing on his break to help me get back on the road. He was so selfless and willing to help! I've never had an auto place willing to do that for me. Jesus and his crew are the best around!Thanks again guys!
