Lived here almost 2 years now and it’s very nice! The gym could honestly be bigger and more updated, but the pool during the summers is the best in Denver, the staff are extremely nice, and overall it is a pleasant living experience.

Edison has been just the absolute best starting from the time of application to current time. The team is always on top of things and they follow through with everything they say they will do. Very happy tenants.

My move-in was smooth thanks to the amazing staff! Ben is my leasing agent and he was very thorough while helping me navigate the move-in process. The apartment is clean and beautiful! I look forward to my stay here.

I’ve lived here about three months now and the complex is amazing! Clean, quiet, great amenities!! The leasing staff is always available to help is something comes up. It’s located right in the heart of RiNo with so much to do within walking/scooter distance! 12/10The only thing I wish they would do would be community events where we could get to know our neighbors.

I have been living here for about 6 months and it’s been amazing! Great amenities, and it’s also in a great location. Staff is very helpful and made the moving in process very easy! Love this place!

I’ve lived here for almost a year, here is my honest review of this apartment. I chose the apartment because of the price and I would say it is worth the money that you pay. Also, there is no complex that is perfect!Pros:-Zen courtyard is gorgeous!-Accessibility to walking trail along Platte river-Pet friendly-Nice staff-Easy commute to most areas in Denver-Garage parking-thick walls, I never hear a peep from my neighborsCons:-no security (I believe there was a change in management a few months back and they used to have an awesome security staff. I have witnessed twice in the last few weeks unhoused folks in the stair wells. Just beware!)-No community events for residents-Valet trash service. There is also no opting out of paying for it each month. Every week I have to go to the trash room because they refuse to take broken down boxes or anything else besides garbage bags.-No snow removal. The sidewalk on the backside of the building faces north, therefore, the sunlight does not directly hit the sidewalk and it will turn into a sheet of ice. It makes it very hard to walk around on snowy days.I think that’s mostly everything! Happy hunting!

I have been looking for a new place and loved Edison at Rino. I was warmly greeted by Sawyer, who took me on an amazing tour. I was also greeted by the property manager Eli who was very helpful. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to move in.

I've lived at the Edison for over a year now and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. They do the best they can to accommodate all residents. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly, all common areas are kept immaculate, and I love the location. Sawyer and the rest of the team have set the bar pretty high for other apartment complexes!

I have lived at Edison for almost two years now and I cannot wait to leave. When I moved in I was sold a “downtown view” unit and bc of this I pay nearly $300 more a month than my friend who faces 711 on the floor in the same unit…that view was obstructed two months after moving in and when I brought that to their attention there was no price adjustment. On that note DO NOT get a unit along Brighton or you will not only hear a ton of traffic (I was also told the windows were sound proof) but at night the walking dead can be heard along the street and around 5am the wonderful sounds of construction begin. My car was stolen from the parking garage and the team did absolutely nothing, no increased security, I wasn’t compensated at all etc. I have 3 other friends here with the same experience. There is only one main elevator so it takes 20 minutes to get anywhere and it breaks every other week. People get stuck in it too. They allow people with aggressive dogs to live here. Also, no one cleans up after their pets and last winter a huge outbreak of stomach flu occurred from their filthy dog park. I’m talking everyone’s dog was sick (i had a $500 vet bill and was furious bc I had brought the unsanitary conditions to their attention multiple times as did my neighbors).Living next to Salvation Army it is not a safe area. There were two shootings last year resulting in deaths.I’m constantly having packages stolen, on a monthly basis, from the package room. The gym is dirty and equipment outdated. At first glance it looks like a pretty nice place to live and it is nice to be able to walk to nearby bars etc. the staff is friendly but not also helpful as listed above which I’m not sure if it’s bc they don’t have the power to help? There are a lot of issues that need fixing. The maintenance crew is my favorite part about living here they are INCREDIBLE! Moving to a nicer place for $400 less…do your research there’s a lot of options in this area and downtown.

Do not live here. I lived here for three years (2020-2023). The first two years were great, but my experience was incredibly negative the last year I live there. Here is a list of everything that I encountered --Common areas/gym were always dirty-The main door to the parking garage was broken for nine months, while the door was broken they raised the parking fee from $45 to $75/month-Utility fees increased every year (you'll pay +$350/month in utility fees separate from your lease)-Elevators constantly broke down-Packages frequently went missing-While I was out of town on a trip, the power to my apartment complex went out due to construction next door. Management refused to reimburse me for the $300 of damaged goods in my fridge and freezer-Management refused give me my security deposit even though I had thoroughly cleaned the apartment and I did not cause damages outside of normal wear and tear (after living there for three years)Outside of all of the management issues, the crime around the area has significantly increased over the years. There are a handful of new buildings being built in the area if you are looking to move to Rino. I would highly recommend looking at any of those instead of this building.
