Seems to be consistent with others - customer service is absolutely the worst, product won't be delivered, and professionalism is completely trash. Save your money and time and avoid this location.

This is the worst customer service. I contacted them already 3 times about an order. The tracking shows no progress but it is supposed to be delivered today. Don't ever order anything here.

same day delivery ordered and not delivered. When I called the individual store the next day, employee could only say "it wasn't delivered. I don't know why. I wasn't here". I was never notified that delivery was not completed. Offered refund but could not / would not expound on their failure to deliver. Additionally, never received a response to the “inquire about your order” email I sent, a link that was offered on the delivery confirmation site. I don’t believe I would have been notified of the non-delivery if I hadn’t inquired directly, they would have just kept the money.

Came to this location today around 12:40pm, and was greeted by Johnny. He was friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out some tasty treats and was absolutely patient with me and my toddler! Thank you again Johnny!

I would give 0 stars if I was able. Incompetent, slow and also rude employees. Messed up my order then didn't take responsibility for their mistake. then hung up on me twice while I was trying to get them to rectify their mistake. Also closed early so I wasn't able to pick up the correct order. Don't order from here unless you want to deal with bottom of the barrel employees and horrible customer service. I'll be contacting corporate for a refund.

Idk what’s going on with this location but it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a gift for my friends bday 2 days in advance. Didn’t get confirmation until I made a complaint the day off. They said it was out for delivery 4 hrs ago, and it’s yet to be delivered. I can only anticipate the fruit will be hot and the chocolate melted by the time my friend gets the delivery. This is the worst for $115. I would give ZERO stars, but it won't post my review unless i give 1.I ordered the platter with chocolate dipped apples, strawberries, and pineapple for my daughter's birthday. I followed up on it and was told they couldn't tell me a delivery time but that it would be before 5:00 pm. I called about 4:30 pm to see if it's on the way, but there was no answer, I had to leave a voicemail that wasn't returned. My daughter stayed home all day waiting. The delivery driver showed up at 6. Not in a refrigerated truck, as stated in the website. He handed her the platter. She said the lid was sweating. When she got back to her apt, she opened it, and the chocolate had melted. The fruit was going bad and smelled horribly! She had to take it out of her apt to throw it away because the smell was so bad. I was so upset! I'm in Texas and wanted her to have a good birthday. To have something turn out so badly that was for a special occasion is unacceptable. I don't advise you to order from this location.Also, I called the corporate number and left a voicemail, sent in a complaint online and called the store directly, I was never contacted. I called the store again early in the morning and they finally answered.

I was the recipient of flowers, candy and balloon that was delivered a day after my celebration. Staff advised their driver was out and said Door Dash attempted delivery. I explained I was working in my office all day which is next to the front door. No one rang the doorbell, two door cams showed no one came, and there was no notice of an attempted delivery on my door, nor did anyone call me. I was advised nothing could be done and multiple attempts to talk to a manager were fruitless (pun intended). I told my son never to order from them again after corporate said they issued him a $5 refund. It's anti-climactic to receive a late gift that is perishable and time sensitive. Buyers beware.

Ordered goodies and flowers for my sisters bday to be delivered the next day. Called that morning to get an estimated delivery time and was told to call back once their delivery driver got there. Called back and was given a time of 3-530 pm. Inconvenient, but whatever. An hour later I get a call that they don't have any flowers. I told them deliver the fruit anyway and confirmed the 3-530 delivery time. They ended up delivering at 1pm. Luckily they were willing to meet her at her location as she wasn't expecting them so early and wasn't home.

My parents sent my kiddos and I valentines baskets and a tray and I’m at total disbelief on how they delivered that to someone ! All of the plastic and fruit was sweating . The strawberry tray was full of juices, I had to DRIVE to the location for them to actually see what was delivered and all they did was replace a few pineapples and gave me the 3 balloons that was paid for but NEVER delivered… My dad paid almost $200 dollars to brighten our holiday that was ruined with horrible looking fruit, My husband ordered from another fruit company and I was VERY pleased with the presentation. People pay a lot of their hard earned money with you guys and to receive such poor quality and customer service is a BIG NO NO.

I placed an order on Dec. 21 for a Dec 24th delivery to my elderly mother, which most likely could be her last Christmas. The delivery never happened. They never answer the phone. Finally get ahold of someone, no apology, no excuse. They said they’d deliver on the 27th. Still NO DELIVERY! I just hope I can get my $124 back! I’ll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my brother-in-law, after his surgery, and what was delivered was awful. With a discount, this cost me 80.00, and what was delivered was inedible honeydew and cantaloupe. Both were so hard you could barely cut it. The entire arrangement was filled up with KALE! Utter waste of money. I contacted the store and they said they would give me 10% refund. That would barely cover the tax. I then called corporate and waited a long time for answers and then finally they said they would contact the store, from corporate, and the store would be reaching out to me with a solution. It has now been a month since the delivery and I have heard NOTHING. Don't buy an edible arrangement if you don't want a bunch of KALE!!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people they charge way too much for their sorry sorry service you have to be really really bad for me to take the time to write a review. I read some reviews same experience and owner replying how regretful they were it is apparent they are not regret ful its still happening so don't bother telling me how regretful you are

My review directly aligns with the others. First of, orders will not be completely fulfilled. Half orders will be delivered and when you call to ask about missing items they will tell you they can be delivered the next day "if you want". Rude staff, poor customer service; corporate office needed to act as the middle man. I will likely never order from Edible Arrangements specially not this location.
