***Changed Review*** We came in looking for a used family car. Saied said he gave us a good car but less than 48 hours of driving it off the lot the transmission blew. 2012 Suburban just a huge paper weight from the 2nd day it was in my possession bc he refused to do anything and gave me the run around. Sometimes if it's too good to be true, it's because it really is. SAVE YOUR MONEY & RUN!! They will scam you, should've listened to my gut. Now my family vehicle just sits on my property bc he is a sorry excuse for a human and refused to do what he promised. I'm out of even more money bc I had to have it towed home and still financially obligated to pay the loan off to the credit union. But Please if you are reading this, it's your sign to take your time and find somewhere else that will really make sure to put you in a good running vehicle. Don't get jipped like we did.
They know exactly who I am or maybe they don't bc they screw so many people. The Suburban was in my husband's name. Not to mention that they give gift cards for a 5 star positive review and make you do it right in front of them. So that's why they have so many positive reviews.

The only reason I put one is because 0 is not an option the are very dishonest about everything I put 6000 down on a 2012 suburban and was only able to drive it for 24 hours before it broke down they were supposed to fix it and never did. I continue to do payment. I then told them to come pick it up because it was pointless for me to pay on a vehicle that I on did the test drive an go home in the it BROKE DOWN and out of thousands of dollars with nothing. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Joshua was extremely helpful and considerate throughout the entire process. However Saaid,(or however it’s spelled) is a completely unprofessional and inconsiderate manager..my money was held for over a month with no car produced because of “repairs”..after several broken promises and wasted time I finally requested my money back and was given the run around for weeks and still haven’t received my money back..I would never recommend this place to anyone or shop here ever again..Thanks again Joshua,.maybe find somewhere else to work.

Got a car from here returned it siaed sued me after returning car in good condition don’t not come here cars are no good anyway if I can rate it no star I would!! Update: make sure you read your contract and ask as many questions as possible. before you purchase the car. you also have the option to take it to get inspected before you put your money down. Don’t go to any place they recommended because the place will pass you no matter what. & don’t go to air care Colorado. Take it to Meineke to get a full inspection. Will probably cost you about 100 some
