Great bargain & sales team. One service guy was having a bad day & should have stayed off the floor but this was also the weekend they moved he could have been overwhelmed. I did/do love my purchase. It’s in for initial safety check now but I felt confident in my initial service appointment.

Superb salesman, Mark! And owner was extremely personable and helpful as well. Just bought Velotric Discover 2 R/ST and love it! So new it isn't listed on website (yet). Front suspension (will purchase suspension post for seat to make my ride a little more comfy). Has walk assist (in case you get flat tire and have to walk your bike home, turn signals (rear) which is a great feature but still need to use hand signals, front light big, rear light bigger than most and has options for solid, blinking, braking etc. very nice. Ride is smooth and comfortable, no leaning over so I sit up straight so no pressure on hands/wrists or back, easy to read options and menus. ECO, TRAIL, BOOST and each have 5 options and even has a THROTTLE! :) Very reasonable price for what you get! Highly recommend this bike and this store and any of their employees! Repair shop there as well. Thank you EBikes USA Denver!

The price was right, the location can't be beat and the staff were amazing. Dusty and Chris were especially helpful with no pressure at all. Cannot praise them too highly.

I bought my first e-bike last month from e-bikes USA and I couldn't be happier. I love my new bike and the staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. I got to test drive quite a few bikes while I was at the shop which helped me solidify my decision, and they had a great selection as well!

I really loved the staff at, eBikes USA, bicycle shop at 201 University in Denver. They were very professional and courteous to my all of my needs when looking for the right e-bike. At first I was unsure what kind of e-bike to select, even making the wrong choice at first. Then I was steered by good management until they hooked me up with the right e-cargo bike that was perfect for me. I am an avid bike enthusiast and really enjoyed riding it home. I had lots of fun. Kudos for the whole staff at, eBikes USA! I will refer all my friends to this great establishment.

I purchased 2 Aventon bikes which are fantastic. The owner of the facility and staff were most helpful and attentive. Service department staff also informative. While traveling out of state I had an issue with one of the bikes and was having difficulty in getting the matter addressed. I called the store owner where I purchased the bikes. He immediately resolved the matter. GREAT SERVICE.

I dropped my Aventon battery on my tile floor which bent the housing and twisted the on/off button. The button would no longer work. The guys at the eBikes USA service shop were super helpful. They were courteous and worked quickly. They fixed the battery within minutes. I'm so grateful my battery didn't need to be replaced and that the team was so competent to get it working again so fast.

I had a great time shopping bikes here for my Colorado ebike rebate! Mark and sam were very friendly and very knowledgeable on bikes and would answer any of my questions and I had many! This store will price match aventon website so I got a nice bike with the black Friday sale! My aventon abound looks spiffy. I'm super happy with my purchase thanks again guys!
