I took my 12 year old son to thisshop to pick out parts and put together his own scooter. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had prior communication through email and he was very helpful and always quick to respond. He helped up pick out the parts and put the scooter together. My son loves hia scooter. I felt the prices were fair and the whole experience was positive. I would highly recommend this small business.

Austin and his team have consistently been fantastic and incredibly reliable. I love visiting the shop – Boss always looks stylish with his gold chain. It's the perfect spot for getting your scooter or BMX bike serviced, and they also offer a great selection of apparel.

Went to this store to get my son a helmet. Walked in to see two different employees and was not greeted, or acknowledged whatsoever. One employee was currently helping other customers, and the other working in the back. I can understand you currently helping others but you can’t expect new customers to hang out all day. We needed a helmet, that’s it. Would have purchased one too. A brief pause to say “I’ll be with you guys shortly” just something. Needless to say we walked out. Went to zumiez was greeted immediately, taken to the helmets got what we needed and left. Was half the price of the helmet we would have purchased here. Paying half the price was a bonus would have happily paid more here, but at minimum greet your customers.

Purchased an e-scooter here. It had half battery when I rode it out of the store. The range on this scooter is supposed to be 16 miles per charge. The scooter died before hitting 2 miles. And they won't return it! I don't trust thing to get me from A to B so I will not be riding it longer like the owner of the store demanded. He claims that there is no issue that the warranty covers, but if the battery doesn't get the range it advertised, then this is a MAJOR issue. I'll be contacting the maker directly.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I have been coming to dynamic scooter s since it's first location. Austin and his crew have always been amazing and nothing but stand up. I really enjoy going in and seeing his dogs Boss and newer pup Red, boss always looks great with his Gold chain. Great place to come and get your scooter bmx bike worked on as well. Also there is pretty awesome apparel.

Great place! Super easy E-Scooter financing! They are also very helpful. They show you how to work everything on it before you leave. Get the tubeless tires. Worth the money!

Called in to ask some basic questions and Austin answered the phone. Was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Answered the phone with just his name, no business name or anything, and then after answering my question abruptly hung up saying just “yup”. Who does that?
