I am not satisfied with the customer service or the quality of their furniture I received from here. I haven’t even had my futon for a year and it’s already breaking down.

We ordered 2 bedroom sets for our ski condo. Price was better than the big stores plus much better quality. No pressure just very helpful service.

Les was amazing! I walked in and was looking around before he came to talk to me and see what I was looking for. One of the couches on the floor was a beautiful velvet. Fun and perfect size. He didn’t pressure me into buying it right then and there, but we just kind of talked about life while I sat on the couch and enjoyed how comfy it is. After talking for a bit, I decided this was the couch. It was exactly what I wanted and he gave me a great deal on it. Also, the movers were nice and the couch was unharmed being shipped to my place. Definitely recommend as they are all super nice and they have a couch for everybody’s taste

My Husband and I were looking for a cloud sofa when we came across Less’s Facebook post. It turned out that the sofa was exactly what we were looking for, and not just that we got it for about $500 less than retail cost. Less (the owner) took the time out of his Saturday to take us to his 20,000 SqFt warehouse and personally loaded the sofa into our car. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for great furniture at an even better price. Definitely looking forward to coming back very soon!!!

Bought two beautiful and comfortable bar stools that fit perfectly with my current space. They sell a lot more here than bed frames! Definitely worth it!

I responded to an add on FB Marketplace of an item being sold from this storefront. The seller was not upfront and even evasive about the posting being a business posting rather than a private posting. The person I met at the store was not the seller I had been communicating with. There was inconsistent communication about what payment methods would be accepted with an insistence on "cash only". I asked about a return policy if I found the boxed item to be defective and the sales person mumbled something about an exchange that did not inspire confidence. I ended up deciding not to buy the item because my gut told me I was dealing with untrustworthy people. After reading these other reviews, I'm glad I went with my gut.

I had driven by Dream Merchant a million times, never thinking I would have occasion to go in . . . until another furniture store owner referred me to them. That right there tells you a lot - Dream Merchant has a respectful relationship with other stores! But that's just the beginning of the wonderful things I have to say. We did, indeed, find exactly the bedroom furniture we were looking for and the purchasing and delivery process was seamless and pleasant. The owner and salespeople were very knowledgable and friendly, gave us a bit of a discount and even threw in a free mattress pad! When a drawer on the dresser wasn't closing exactly right, Dream Merchant folks went the extra mile and simply replaced the whole dresser. I can't recommend this store highly enough. We had such a great experience I can guarantee you it will be our first stop next time we need furniture!

Les and his team were amazing, and almost a year later, we are still loving our new mattress and base - which were also fairly priced. Buying a mattress can be pretty stressful, and trying to find one that suits two people with very different needs can be even more challenging. The first memory foam mattress was a little too soft for me, but they kindly let us exchange it for a firmer model. We were very grateful for this accommodation! In the end, we bought a topper so that we still had the support of the firm mattress, with a little extra softness, and now it's perfect for both of us. (I add this info. to be helpful to finicky people like us, and NOT to assail the quality of this mattress. I've noticed online that this "DIY" approach is very common - especially when trying to balance the needs of two people).The best part was the adjustable base. We never would have thought of buying one, but we are so glad Les recommended it! It's really nice to have the option to raise your head/feet - or use the light massage feature, which is very relaxing. This is not your grandparent's Craftmatic! Ha ha!BTW - the in-home/full service delivery was smooth and prompt, so the "old school" method worked great for us (and I'd rather have a paper receipt with thoughtful and personal customer service than an emailed receipt with the feeling that I'm just a number - any day).Thanks, Les - you and your team are the best!

Les is the man! He is so kind, helpful, and stands behind everything he sells. We were so pleasantly surprised by the customer service and products we purchased. Highly recommend over large retailers!

Great history behind this place, and even though the location is small they can source and order almost all furniture. The staff was super friendly and really awesome. No wonder they have been in business for 53 years....

This isn't a huge showroom, but they have an amazing selection in their backpocket.How I recommend going here: Save pictures of the items you want, the style or just go.Go through the catalogs and selection with them. Order the furniture at a lower cost point than anywhere online and then relax.Erik helped us and he was everything you'd want in this setting. He had immense knowledge about the product lines, was very patient and generally pleasent to be around.I'm picky about furniture, pricing and generally how that process goes. I've tried shopping furniture online and never again. If I'm happy, you will be too.

I've been going to Dream Merchant for over 30 years. They're always helpful and will bend over backwards for you. Bought a mattress from Diane and absolutely love it. She was so much help in helping us figure out which mattress we needed and did not necessarily bring us to the most expensive. I highly recommend Dream Merchant!

I wanted to share with everyone how Eric B the Sales Manager handled my experience. I reached out to check on pricing for a platform bed. He answered all of my questions, told me how long it would take to get here and walked me through everything. I ended up ordering this bed as it was a great price and Eric was just the greatest. If you are in need of a new bed, call these guys, they're the greatest!! Thank you Eric!

This store is a hidden gem. It's not super conspicuous from the street, but once you go inside- there are lots of stylish, well-made AND affordable options inside. The customer service was so far beyond what I have ever experienced at bigger furniture stores. The owner, Les, was patient with us as we picked out what we wanted for our bedroom (we did a lot of back and fourths thinking so it took us a while). Because we bought multiple pieces, he also gave us a really awesome deal and we were able to furnish our whole bedroom, mattress and all, without breaking the bank. Thanks so much Les- we appreciated your help today.
