Ian greeted me at the door for my appointment today. He was amazingly polite and my tires were changed in the exact amount of time I was quoted. Bonus to this location is being near several restaurants and some stores as well that are in adjacent parking lots.

I been a customer for over 12 years. Sometimes the customer service sucks, it all depends on who waits on you. Corporate makes things right when you run across rude customer service reps

Fantastic service. I previously had a horrible experience at Big O Tires on Santa Fe, so I didn't expect to be particularly blown away by a tire service. However, Discount was wonderful. Easy to schedule the appointment, they had the exact tires I needed, and the best part - I dropped my car off at 10:35am, it was ready to be picked up at 11:15am. Greatly appreciate how prompt and professional the team was here. I will only ever use Discount from now on!

This is probably the worst Discount Tire I’ve ever been to. Made an appointment to get my winter tires changed over and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes and the guys at the front desk kept answering the phones instead of helping the people standing in line. Out of 4 guys standing at the counter, only one was checking people in. There were about 6 or 7 people standing in line and they just kept saying, “Sorry about the wait.” They did get my tires changed over in an hour, but the rest of their service is very slow and inefficient. The Discount Tire in Centennial on Arapahoe is much better, even during peak winter tire change over time!

Luis and his team were great. Went in today with my Daughter’s jeep that had a bad leak in the right rear tire. Tires were installed by a different discount tire just over a year ago. Luis was prompt, got my jeep in, found the issue and once I showed Him I had purchased the road hazard; replaced the tire and I was on my way in a half hour. Highly recommend

I went in last minute because my vehicle had the tire pressure light on. Zander was quick to check me in and did a great job explaining the process. Rodger (JR) was really kind let me know that my tire had a screw in it. The whole service took 30 minutes! 10/10 recommended this location.

Tell me why do you want ppl to make appt??? You don't honor appt times!! My appt was at 8:30 car has not even been moved at 9:41!!! I'd have gotten faster service of had just walked in!! This is RIDICULOUS!!! And they don't even care!! First come first served to bad you had an appt and got here even early to check in but the 4 ahead of you got here first. Hope it gets done before they close!! Ppl coming in to see if they can get help at the free air check despite large mirror showing cars waiting!!! So sad!!

These guys here are absolutely amazing, very caring and impressive services. Diego did great on my flat tire situation, he gave me wonderful advices, and pull out some prices on new ones in case I need it. He and his crew did awesome on keeping me updated on my car and even warned me with one of my tires air. I can say these guys know what thier doing and it's awesome. 15/10! Would come back!!!

The team here is awesome. They are here for their customers and don't pull any sales tactics. They were quick to help me with my repair and not judgemental. I actually live up north and was in the area when I needed their assistance.The Discount Tires near me give me anxiety when I go there. I will drive down to this store for their wonderful service and fun and friendly team. Thank you.

Discount Tire used to be so much better. Now instead of taking care of the customer, they hide behind "Rules" as to why they can't help. Less than 2/32" tread, sorry can't touch that tire. Tire is 10 years old, sorry can't touch that tire. They used to replace TPMS sensors as part of the installation, now they tell me it is an additional $60.
All about the buck, no more customer service.

I made an appointment online to get tires balanced and rotated. They got me right in and car was finished quickly.
