I have JSI cabinets and as my current GC has dropped off the face of the earth so I'm left with incomplete cabinets. I was informed by JSI that I needed to find a new distributer to help me finish.I was told by Discount Cabinets that they haven't sold JSI for two years and that they really don't deal with them (she proceeded to trash them). So I asked why is it still listed on their website? Was told they would still sell but would not help me with finishing my kitchen. I was calling for a quote so I wasn't asking them to do it for free. The designer was rude. I guess that is what you get for "Discount".

Hey it works good for certain situations they didn't have the top to go with the cabinet for the vanity that I ordered but that's okay

DO NOT buy from here! Bait and switch! You will not get what you ordered and will end up over paying for low quality! Can’t get ahold of anyone for a resolution. Unless you want to pay a pretty dollar for something you didn’t want go elsewhere!!

I am truly GRATEFUL for the hearts and hands that went into my kitchen transformation, and for the memories we will make in this updated space. Without the guidance and design expertise of the Discount Cabinets team, this would not be reality. Terri worked with me through multiple phases, offering updates and products to reflect my changing budget and ideas - patiently and with immediate responsiveness. When my installers had any question, she was available. Please call her if you need inspiration and support for a beautiful product - what a gift she is!

This company is incredible! We've had our cabinets for almost 3 years now and they are of the highest quality. The employees were efficient and responsive to all of my questions (er... demands) and treated me with the utmost respect. The product we received was installed in a timely manner and was done so with expertise and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone. We are so happy with our cabinets!

Horrible place. Do not do business with these people. Terrible customer service. I have been waiting 10+ weeks for them to rectify an order incorrectly placed with the sales rep to Koch Cabinets.
