Dependable, indeed. Particularly if you want to get ripped-off!I was charged $59.36 to dry clean a 3-piece suit and a tie. ($12.50 for the tie alone!) I find these prices to be ridiculous, let alone unconscionable and outrageous. Never again!

This location is closest to my house but I won’t use it again. The employee who has been there the last few times (Lorraine) has been unfriendly and seems unable to use the computer. I’ve been a dependable cleaners customer for 20 years (and have bar codes with my account information on the purple VIP bag) but whenever she scans the bag she tells me she cannot find me in the system. I give her my cell number and she tells me cannot find me using that number either. She then asks if I’m sure I’ve been to that location as though it’s my fault she cannot find my account. After 5 minutes of her typing she says “I found you”. I show her a 20 percent off coupon for 7+ pieces of dry cleaning saved in my phone and she tells me I need a printed version. That’s not been my experience at a DC location closer to downtown, and the coupon is on the website so it seems as though she could easily honor it. Since she won’t I take my bag of dry cleaning and leave. The two prior times I went I had the same experience where she couldn’t find my account for several minutes. An employee who cares about customer service would offer to update any missing information in the system, or give me a new tag to scan. I was the only customer in the store each time, and her response was limited to looking annoyed and complaining about the computer.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

What a load -dependable my left foot. Arrived a few minutes to 3:00 on a Saturday to drop 3 items off here. A female employee with glasses and curly hair telling me through the window with a finger slicing motion across her neck (what????) to indicate they were closed. 5 minutes til close and you refuse a customer? Sign on the door and website say they close at 4:00. Correct your signs and get employees that will work a full shift. Luckily this display of poor customer service brought me around the corner to Mayfair Cleaners. Family run, happy to have your business type of establishment. I'll go leave them a 5 star review now. Steer clear of this franchise. Not worth it and definitely NOT dependable

In town for a job interview and needed my suit cleaned unexpectedly. Dropped off at 8:30 and it was ready at 2:50. Looked great. Terrific service and I would definitely recommend.

Items not cleaned in house. Timeline requested and confirmed was not met. Item sent off to somewhere else and tracking of item was not an option. Attendant did not have any information as to where items could be and when it would actually arrive. Not friendly or courteous. Denver, CO on 14th &Krameria

This has been my go to dry cleaner for many years. A few weeks ago I arrived on a Saturday, moments before they were due to close. I wouldn't have been aware of this, had the manager not run out of the door to tell me that I had four minutes to complete my transaction. I was more than happy to leave my order, however, I had a question about my credit card number on file. The manager stated that she was just trying to get her staff out of there at closing time and seemed reluctant to help me. While I understand that, being in the hospitality business myself, I can't imagine turning away a customer in need. I saw her rush two other people through the checkout process in the meantime. I was tempted to leave, and probably should have, and I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
