DUG is an absolutely amazing organization doing incredibly important work across the Denver Metro Area!! Highly recommend attending any of their volunteer events, classes or applying for a garden plot!

Great programs! However, some of the staff can be rude at times. I find it ridiculous that individuals who are supposed to help the community grow are indifferent and rude.The programs are helpful and good.

Denver Urban Gardens is a non-profit organization that provides knowledge, skills, and resources for people to grow healthy food in community and regenerate urban green spaces. We offer educational and skill-building workshops for adults and kids alike, community-centered events, volunteer workdays, free and reduced-cost seeds and seedlings, and compost training.
