My husband brought his iPhone here for a screen replacement and also got a new screen protector. Upon picking it up the screen protector had bubbles in it and was not put on correctly - the associate said that wasn’t his problem and they wouldn’t redo it to correct it. About a week later the screen stopped working again, went black, so we took it to another store. The new store told us that the screen they put in was totally faulty and would have never worked. Seems like a total scam to me!

Denver Mac Repair did a great job replacing the battery on an old iPad. They offered a very affordably priced repair, and went above and beyond when a couple other components needed replacing as well.

Overall very happy with the work they did and the fact they were able to get my water logged iPad working again. Prices are explained clearly. My only complaint is that I had to call to get a service update initially after over a week of hearing nothing even though I got an email notification that they had started service within a couple days of me dropping it off.

Spoke with on the phone about selling a laptop since they had come up when searching for business that do that. They informed me they don’t take non Apple products typically and were super kind to recommend another shop that did to help me out. While I haven’t experienced their repair services, their customer service seems to be top notch.

I've been going to DMR for years, and have never had a "bad" experience. The only beef or glitch that I might mention is that, on my most recent visit (this past week) the queue just for having my Mac looked at (not even worked on) was a whole week -- a long time to go without a functioning computer. While I understand they have quite a backlog of work orders, I suspected (correctly, as it turned out) that the issue was nothing more than something clogging the charging ports. Could the technician who checked me in have done a quick diagnostic then and there, thereby possibly avoiding the weeklong wait before having the ports cleaned out? It may be that the procedure was more complicated than I realize, but if not it could have been taken care of on the spot instead. Just a thought :)

This place looks sketchy, but it was affordable, quick and easy. Cliff was responsive and responsible. I had the dreaded swelling battery on a 6 year old MacBook. Cliff had a replacement battery installed in 24 hours.
