Matt Nockles and his team were professional and simply amazing. I have experience in buying and refinancing homes. I used another friend the last refinance, and regretted it. I have used Matt in the past for a home purchase, and went back to Denver Lending when the rates dropped. They were all over, had options for me, and made the experience easy and convenient! The crew at Denver Lending was outstanding! They took the time to answer my questions and walk me through all of the nuts and bolts of getting my loan finalized. As this my my first home, I was looking for someone to hold my hand and walk me through the process. They made time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what was going on. I worked with another lender who ended up not knowing what they were doing although they gave me a pre-approval letter and I was under contract on a house. My realtor immediately had me contact Matt and his team at Denver Lending and they were able to approve my lending and honor the contract I was under. They are just so wonderful.
