I came here to have my grandmothers ring resized. I was told the ring was not real diamond, but instead Moissanite. I was taken aback and pushed back that this couldn’t be true. My vocal frustration lead them to not agree to resize my ring. Im glad I didn’t leave it with them since I took it to 2 places after that verified it was a diamond then I brought my ring to get appraised and it is in fact a real 5 carat diamond. I wouldn’t trust this place.

I had such an amazing experience here. I brought my grandmothers engagement ring in to get made into a necklace for my fiancée. Not only did they show me multiple pendants but I got to see them before I purchased one! I would absolutely trust them and come here again!

I went to many jewelers to repair my ring and none of them understood what I wanted done or of the importance of the piece to me. After a long search, I went to Lakewood Jewelers and was assisted by Ben Schulte. After I explained what I wanted done and the sentimental value of the ring Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He even expedited the repair after hearing I had some upcoming medical issues. This is the only jeweler I would ever think about using.!

I needed to have a bracelet repaired. The job was done so well that the repair spot can’t even be seen, and it was completed earlier than expected. It’s a friendly shop too which is always appreciated.

Everyone here is very friendly and the ring turned out great! It's pretty easy to customize the rings and get an idea of what they look like from the website, rather than guessing.
