After returning the car, there was a long wait for the shuttle and almost missed my flight. I realized this wasn't avis's fault, but their airport needs to do something about that.

The staff were all so helpful and were patient with all the customers. With people arriving in a rush, all of the customers were able to rent a car without issues. Will rent again in the future.
