HORRIBLE experience!! We ordered a stainless steel countertop for our custom kitchen. Denver Cutlery delivered it to our home and it arrived with very bad scratches everywhere (ones that you can't just buff out). Plus a crease, if that's what it's called, along the whole edge. We called them immediately. And then sent photos. This was Michael Ramaeker response and he said there is no manager above him:"I have received the email from Mr. Hanson and after reviewing the pictures would still say these are consistent with our regular production results. I was worried that something had happened during delivery that I was unaware of."If you are considering a stainless steel countertop for your restaurant or home know that the pictures that I posted are the way that it arrives (their words, not mine).

Great place friendly and very helpful staff, nice sharp knifes and everything you need for your restaurant and or food truck. They also have a machine shop next door where you can get all your stainless steel tables and prep tables . Five star for sure and highly recommended

I had an issue with the same driver as in another post today. Guy seemed like he wanted to run me off the road, he exited on Federal. Watch out this company has maniac drivers!

Witnessed one of their drivers behaving like a manic today on Federal Blvd, going about 65 mph in a 35mph zone and passing people on the left in a turn only lane. Tried to call and inform them but the girl at the front desk just called me rude and hung up on me when I tried to describe the driver. Here’s a photo of the vehicle.
