Our family suffer an infant loss last year. Our clinic referred us to Tammy at A1. She was quick to answer my call, take all of our information and payment. She was going to ship the remains to us, however after three+ weeks they never came. I tried calling Tammy endlessly, leaving messages. I received no response from Tammy. After already suffering the loss of a child I had to suffer again with the loss of not having their remains. I finally reached out to the clinic, who shockingly got an instant response from Tammy! Also shocking was that they somehow got the box returned to them in that timeframe (they refused to provide any tracking information), and they re-shipped to our address after I begged them to let me pick it up at their location. Somehow had no problems getting to our home the second time. When the box came, there was no identifier that the child’s remains were ours. I’ve still been trying to process the loss of our child, and want other women and families to know how unprofessionally we were treated during such a difficult time for us. Do not recommend this service.

I had to recently use Denver Cremation for the loss of my family member. I was recommended to her from the hospital. The hospital spoke very highly of Tammy. Once I talked to Tammy I felt at home. Other places I called for information made me feel like I had owed them something just to answer the phone. I highly recommend tammy, she is very honest and upfront with a lot of information that the other funeral homes wouldn’t even talk about. Thank you tammy I really appreciate the work you done for me and my family.

Tammie and her team did the absolute best for my family when my mom passed away! 10/10. Recommend for those who are looking for a good place to go when you don't know what to do next. Gave us all the information and walked us through next steps with sympathy and care. ❤️❤️❤️

During one of the worst times in my families' lives, Tammy was a consummate professional and I would recommend Denver Cremation Company to anyone. Tammy was very kind and understanding and did everything in her power to make the process as easy as possible during a very traumatic time.

My grandmother passed away and we were unsure were to turn when a friend of mine recommend Denver cremation. When I called I could barely get one word out the lady on the phone said "I'm sorry we have to meet this way and I sorry that your loved one has passed take your time no rush" SHE SAT ON THE PHONE FOR 45 MINUTES listening to me cry and didn't rush me. My family didn't have alot of money and I was thinking it would be over 10 grand.But Denver cremation was reasonable kind and understanding. Hopefully I don't need you any time soon but when I do I'm definitely calling Denver cremation . They are very kind and kept us posted on when where how and why. I EVEN CALLED JUST TO CHECK ON MY GRANDMOTHER AT MIDNIGHT AND THEY ASURED ME EVERYTHING WAS FINE Thank you Denver cremation for being so kind a patient with us! I will definitely recommend you with out a doubt.

Had a good feeling just calling to find out about information, cost, etc. Tammy & Alexis are great to talk to & deal with. Tammy & Alexis were very honest & upfront about being able to help us out . These ladies are very straight shooters in answering questions about any concerns , worries , laws, costs . Very direct & polite , & comfortable to deal with . They both work with you , no pressure on the worst time in losing a loved one . After experiencing other companies that we had dealt with . Knew in my heart , mind , & soul that we had made a good decision in calling , talking & visiting with Tammy & Alexis. I first met Tammy on the worst day of my life, the day my husband died. I had no idea what to do and Tammy made all the decisions I had to make very easy. I had called several other places prior to calling Denver Cremation Company and had to leave messages. Tammy answered her phone every single time I called her. I was so lost. My mom passed away unexpectedly. I didn’t know where to go or who to turn to. I found Denver cremation company online and called them. I spoke with Tammy she was so compassionate so sincere. I had so many questions and didn’t know where to go. She answered all of my questions and help me through the entire process. She even went the extra mile to basically hold my hand through everything. This company is the best ever! I would definitely recommend it.
