I just recently moved out to Denver and Ross helped me so much in finding a new couch. He was so helpful and friendly from the get go and helped me feel comfortable making this purchase. I would definitely recommend shopping here for furniture, from beds to couches to tables. They are amazing!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Ross to buy a new mattress for my kiddo. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The mattress was in stock and packaged so I could simply take it home with me. Overall, easiest, least pressured furniture buying I’ve ever experienced!

I needed a replacement chaise cushion for my sectional sofa that i had purchased two years ago. They called the warehouse and had a new one ready in a week! Great people and could not have been an easier process. Buying local is always worth it!

Complete waste of time. Poor communication skills. 100% disappointed. I needed a queen sized futon TODAY. I called first and was told there were 2 styles available, and it sounded great. So, we drove for 30 minutes into the heart of Denver to grab a futon from you. We got to the store, which was wide open, but with NO EMPLOYEE in the store. I could have stolen stuff if I were a bad guy, that is how empty the store was. After about 5 minutes an employee walked in through the front door (not even on the premise, it seems), and was nice enough. He remembered me from the phone call. So we tested the 2 styles available. I liked one of them and said we'll take it. He then proceeded to tell me EVERYTHING was located in a warehouse in a completely different location. Then he wanted me to pay first and then meet him at the other location for pickup. Fine. Then he called the warehouse only to find out that neither of those 2 styles were actually available at the warehouse. So, we drove into Denver from the 'burbs to be told that what we wanted was actually NOT available, even though your employee told us that they were. And it would be up to a month before one became available. We had to drive an hour round trip, for NOTHING. If this is your customer service model, then you all need to do some hard thinking. We wanted to buy local, and you soured this experience so much that we will never go into your establishment again. If you want to sell things, then engage with your customers, to make sure they're not inconvienienced by coming in to buy something you do not even have. Poor communication on your part. Period. It's a wonder you're still in business. DO BETTER...
