Great place to play and find cards.

I had hopes and dreams of building a dumb frog deck because I simply just like frogs, the staff took five hours total over two days theory crafting and helping me pick singles for a deck I could use in casual play.Sure the prices may have been a bit more competitive online, but they were able to go through my 150 card list and build a workable deck with what I brought in and was able to take the cards home that day.Super eclectic crew, they know their stuff and seems like a cool place to go throw down some cards.

Decent enough place, but overheard employees discussing a 2% flat fee on all credit card transactions. Considering they already charge the highest card prices, cannot recommend buying singles or packs from them. They overcharge for 'market value' (read: what scalpers charge on amazon) on sealed product often. Many of the reviews commenting on the rude staff aren't entirely off point. You /will/ get an attitude from the male staff member previously mentioned. Customers are seen as an inconvenience. Store probably hasn't been cleaned since I started coming for events several years ago. Decent enough place, but with all the negatives piling up, can't really claim it's a convenient spot to play with friends anymore. Support any of the other shops that actually have passionate employees, the ones here just want to rummage through the piles upon piles of cards (and make you dig through them if you ask for a card that's not easily findable.) Huge IDGAF attitude from most of the employees, which outweighs the one nice person here. Major attitude problem. Major pricing problem. Don't let the convenience convince you to support them. As a patron that's spent probably /far/ more than I should have on singles, I will not be supporting them financially anymore. Having a public area to play magic with friends gets them the second star.((Minor edit: I will give them that they have cards in stock often. Rare I can't find what I'm looking for. Which isn't much considering you can just order online for cheaper, and without any of the attitude. Which I will be doing moving forward))

This place is grungy as hell... and the employees are definitely not happy to be there. We walked in to get some cards because we wanted to get back into MTG. They sold us commander sets and we don't even know how to play commander style! We just wanted regular cards. Come to find out they also mark them up way above what I could have bought them for elsewhere.

Horrible rude staff member, one in particular the smaller guy with a beard he should not be working there, rude individual no reason to be at all. I've always been really polite to him & everyone I encounter but for some reason he has a horrible attitude, it's sad he works here & ruins the experience every time he definitely should be let go!!!

Shop is extremely prejudiced highly recommend not shopping here for any reason owner is a massive jerk and employees are as well worst customer service I've ever experienced they also base their prices off card Kingdom which is far above market value most of the time

Don't go here. They really just focus on magic the gathering You don't feel welcomed at all, no reason to give this shop any money. Check out Crit Castle or All Cs collectibles.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great selection of cards and card accessories (sleeves, etc.). This is a great place to meet new folks who want to play, or to meet up with your friends for some games. I've been coming here for years and years, since it was Troll Country Games located in a weird basement. Great place to play and talk shop!

This store is awful… Staff is rude, store is beyond dirty. Sinks hardly on the walls in bathroom. Multiple leaks from the ceiling. People reminding you every 5 minutes for an hour the store is about to close. Just play some where else plenty of options. Been in here like 4 times and every time worse than the last. Do your self a favor and check out one of the other multiple options (Dueling Lands, MeH Games, Enchanted Grounds, The Wizards Chest, Mythic Games)I could keep going any shop is better than this one.

I'm 64 years old and could be most of the mtg players mom or grandma, but everyone treats me great. I frequently ask the staff questions and they are very helpful. I am also handicapped, the staff is great and accommodating. I have a lot of fun and I get to share the good old days. I like to play prerelease here. I would highly recommend Denver Central Games.

Called here yesterday looking for a very hard to find warhammer character. They had it. When I told the gentleman working that I might not make it before they close, he said to try anyways if I'm close by at closing time call him and he would stay open until I got there. I made it in time, but, that's how you do business. Great guy very friendly in person too. Didn't catch a name but kudos sir you earned a customer for life.

The store itself seems fine, if not bare bones. New to the scene myself and showed up for a free play commander night and the staff was friendly and welcoming, but theres a definite elitism problem with the players that joined me and my girlfriend. Might stop by to get packs if I'm in the area, but we won't be back to play.

I come in from time to time on Mondays and Thursdays, edh nights. Man oh man, the employees are super dope. They don't rush you to do anything, they are patient and understanding if you don't remember the card you're looking for. Price range seems legit for cards I've purchased over the years. The players are a different breed, they have decks galore. It makes it so fun to experience so many different types of decks. Last I was there, the gentlemen I played with were super courteous about the power level we played at, they helped me if I made a misplay to see the better play that could have been made and we shared many laughs. Even one dude gave me something and his motto was "sharing is caring."They have a row of board games to check out so even if you aren't there for magic, Pokémon, Warhammer or dnd you can still find some awesome boardgames you won't find at general stores (target, Walmart or walgreens.) Definitely worth the visit.

This place is great. They care about magic the gathering as much as the players that come in and it shows. Lots of experience and very kind and helpful. Very fair with their trade policy and usually have what your looking for in regards to singles. Game nights I believe every night so please go check them out!
