Reviews are all accurate - terrible service - to call this white glove service is hilarious. They have had my product for over a week but don't have enough orders to deliver, and can't even offer an ETA on when they can deliver. Previous order they delivered was damaged by delivery team. Don't work with them.

I have been using Ken and his team at Delviery by Design for over 2 years now to receive and delviery the cabients for my business, Amelia's Kitchen & Bath Images. Every piece is always accounted for. I have never had anything damaged while in their care. Jennifer in scheduling is on top of everything and always works to accomdate our requests. The guys doing the delivery always communicate their arrival time and they are efficient and careful when unloading and moving the cabinets. If you need a warehouse in the Denver area, I highly recommend them!

I have been doing business with Delivery by Design for a few years now and they are absolutely the best! I send all of my Colorado deliveries to them and they handle everything from receiving, warehousing and the white glove deliveries. They also have the best furniture repair technician in Denver. I know that my customers are well taken care of with DBD. I appreciate all your hard work guys!

This company is completely dysfunctional. We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on furniture purchases from a reputable local company only to have the entire experience tarnished by Delivery by Design’s inability to keep up their end of the process. They have cancelled on us the day of scheduled delivery on two separate occasions. They have failed to provide notice when a delivery time has been set, then called us day of when no one is available to receive the items. They have failed to deliver our “paid in full” items for over a month. I’m not sure how they are in business and I implore any companies looking for warehousing or delivery solutions to look elsewhere rather than have their good name tarnished by this poor performing, dysfunctional entity.

Horrible. They have had my furniture for over 3 months and refuse to even give me a delivery date. I can't imagine it is legal to have someone else's possessions and refuse to provide them to the owner

This company is a joke. They are supposed to be delivering my Bassett furniture order which they have had possession of for nearly TWO MONTHS! I’ve had 2 calls (at the insistence of Bassett to call me) to say they will call me when they can create a route schedule delivery?! What a joke!! How about you do your job and delivery my order.

If negative stars were possible, that might come close to how awful their customer service is! We paid for their white glove service through overstock.com. Not only did we not get the white glove delivery treatment, we didn't get our furniture delivered and had to go pick it up from their warehouse where they held it hostage unless we agreed to pay an additional $325 delivery fee! As the "final mile", they were a complete sham of a company, abysmal "customer service", and complete liars! Buyers beware and may the odds be ever in your favor if Deliver by Design is responsible for you getting your items!

If negative stars were an option they would get them. The drivers and office folks are all very nice however the owner Ken Lawson is a terrible person to deal with. We had about 15 pieces of furniture including couches, chairs, lighting fixtures, dressers, night stands and a king size bed all from Bassett furniture. Multiple items had damage and issues so I asked to wait on paying the final shipping bill until everything was settled. In addition to the damages, Bassett made a mistake in colors so they offered a refund (for the mistake, not any damages!).
Ken threatened to sic his lawyer on me several times. It's truly not worth my time to deal with such an irritation so I paid the full amount yesterday.
Part 2: A few hours after providing Ken's office with my credit card, 4 fraudulent in store purchases were made at King Soopers in Aurora...while my wife and I have been in Italy for 2 weeks. No other charges were made from the US anywhere close to that time. I have no idea if this came from anything to do with them but it was strange and caused us to shut off our cards during vacation.

Terrible customer service & reliability - not professional. My cabinets were delivered to the wrong address & left without seeking a signature. The driver paid no attention to the correctly written waybill. All the while, I was waiting at home to receive the shipment & was never called or informed by the company or driver. When I called them to inform no shipment was received, the company was unable to help send the driver out to correctly deliver the cabinets to my home (I was forced to carry/move the 200 pound item on my own).
