I had lived at Sage for a year and I could easily say it was not a great experience. More cons than pros overall. My apartment alone was decently nice, good space for what I had and overall clean and comfortable when I first moved in. The dog park was decent. I liked being able to take my dog somewhere where he can run around and have fun. Most of the maintenance team were great. We did have requests often and they usually got fixed quickly and gave me good tips to prevent certain things from happening again. The trash chute was very convenient but got clogged up often and sometimes for a few days. The community seemed nice at first but with time it became an area I didn’t enjoy and at times felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. On one occasion, out of many, there was a fight going on right outside the bedroom window at 1-2am. I heard a loud noise and in the morning later realized they had broken the glass on the door leading to the outside of the building. My front door being the first door you see when you come in through that way. I’ve had several of the neighborhood kids ding dong ditch my door several times and multiple times a day for months. On a couple occasions a big crowd of police cars would be in front of our building looking or searching for someone or something and we didn’t get any answers as to why or for what. On my first week living there, there was a person standing right outside the patio they sat in front of the patio or in the grass area and stared right into the building or apartment and it was again middle of the night. It made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. Numerous times I’ve heard gunshots nearby. I’ve seen what I think now was some kind of drug in foil in the garbage area when I had to go downstairs to throw out trash. There was a homeless person even living in the garage area in an empty space. I can tell cause there was a tossed dirty blanket out there in the garbage and it was taken out and used as a bed. Overall there were several other instances I felt uneasy about the place and community. My best chance in these apartments was to personally lay low and keep to myself since the leasing office seemed to be little to no help according to other people who’ve interacted with them. These apartments are ok for a cheap-ish and decent place but it’s definitely nothing to explode with happiness over.

In the time that i have lived here at at Sage , I can honestly say that I've been extremely lucky to have met some Real Class Acts who work here. Before I get into the meat and potatoes of what I'd like to share, please don't pay attention to the negative reviews People have written. As we know, when people don't get what they want, quite often, they hurt anyone they can.Nikki, the manager is in a class of her own. She is one person who won't sell her soul. Which is extremely rare these days. She will never say what sounds good to the ear. If you want the truth, then that's who you'll want to seek when you have questions.Zach is another outstanding person. He has made time for me. Anytime I had a question to be answered, he has always been there. He is a class act! As you will find out for yourself when you meet him.The third and fourth persons who've made a positive impact on me has been Benji and Kevin. They are the head maintanince team. Talk about one awesome team! When I needed something to be fixed, they were prompt, professional and Always got the job done. And, with a smile on their faces. I've never met a maintenance team any better than Kevin and Beji. The final person that i would like to mention is Kevin. He works along side the staff. If you want to meet another class class act, you'll want to to seek him out..In closing, it's important You know that the people whove I've written about did not ask me to write this. It was important for me to see how I was treated through time and through their actions.Thank you,Mario FigueoaIt's been an honor staying here guys!

Today I came to look at a property to rent and Zach walked in. I said are you Zach, and he said yes and just kept walking and so I sat there for another five minutes with no return. I’m going to guess that all of the reviews in this Google experience are completely true considering.

Not pictured the roaches literally mating in my empty cabinets or the mice caught. My husband and I moved into our first apartment in November of 2021. We were honestly very hopeful but in hindsight I wish I would have chosen to live literally anywhere else. Unfortunately the beginning of our stay involved them changing our unit number 3 times one of which happened the Friday before we moved on Monday. The space was ok for the price at first paying 1200 but closer to 1400 with fees. After we resigned which we had to do twice we needed up paying a base of 1375 but after fees was closer to 1700 a month for a one bed one bath. Expect to need to call them upwards of ten times then just be prepared to have to fix the issue yourself pest control and apartment maintenance alike. During our stay we had roaches and mice which we had to manage ourselves ultimately even though you will pay a pest control fee. The pool is dirty and there is a ton of poop in the grass just outside. There was also a homeless problem for almost the last 6 months so please watch for needles!

I had GUN SHOTS fired through my apartment wall facing the street and management did nothing - not even a call to check in on us or let us know other police reports were filed. When I called to inform them, they said they were aware, a few other calls had been made and that DPD is aware and looking into it. When I called the DPD, they had to come to my apartment to file a report and locate the bullets, and Sage still did not get involved. In fact, the officer had trouble getting in touch with the office to get permission to cut the wall open to locate one of the two bullets. I also had to call myself, more than once, to get someone down to fix the gun shots in my wall. The maintenance supervisor told his employee to only patch the hole over and not to worry about sanding or repainting ... so it would have been a beige wall with two random white patches.I would rate 0 if I could. Dirty, and poor workmanship on any newly renovated units. Unpleasant environment, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Difficult to get in contact with anyone and little sympathy or action taken when you do. Three different managers took over the office in less than a year's time. Moved out the second my lease ended. I knew what I was getting into in terms of poor management before signing my lease based on reviews but thought the pros would outweigh the cons ... boy was I wrong. It's not safe, never mind an enjoyable place to live. Based on my overall experience, when I saw eviction notices due to non payment on people's doors, I always assumed it was managements' fault and this was the tenants way to get their attention in order to finally have their issues acknowledged and resolved. The only time I had a positive experience, it was because I found an employee that was a diamond in the rough. Even then, they often couldn't help out much due to lack of support and resources from the property management company, is my assumption.I also caught neighbors on camera trying to break into my apartment or check to see if the door was left unlocked. I could go on, for instance, damage was located on our NEWLY installed cabinets the first day we moved in. This was left unresolved up until a month or so before the end of our 12-month lease. It became so hard to schedule a time with them - as the cabinet vendor did not show up to our scheduled appointment at least once - that we just decided to give up and move on, as we were moving out soon anyway.I've been out of Sage since August but needed to try and call the office recently and saw how bad some of the reviews have gotten - so I thought it was important to share my worst experience while there, at the very least.-In response to Angela:Hi Angela,Since reviews have already shown to get more response than any call, email, or even office walk-in had gotten me as a resident, I figured it would be best to respond here. It is interesting that a top complaint for Sage at Panorama is lack of response and poor communication, yet the only response we get is "hey we're real sorry, give us a call to talk!" ... as if talking to office management or even Greystar was ever constructive, pleasant, or fair. We wouldn't be here if that was the case. I've added some details for you to my review above, as your response is a complete and utter lie considering your office, if not you personally, told us DPD was looking into it and that you were so glad we were alright, when calling the next morning after the incident. In addition, if you contact DPD, you'll see a police report was filed for my specific unit, and the officer on duty had to receive permission from the office assistant to cut into the wall - she also stated she did not have authority to make that call but that a manager was not going to be easy to get in touch with that day and that if that was what the police needed to do, she couldn't imagine the office getting in the way of that. One bullet was found in my pillow and the other on the bedroom floor. Thankfully it didn't hit me in the head! You, ple

Sage at Panorama is ran by a bunch of girls who act like they're still in Middle School . No common sense or human decency . They'll gladly take your money and add extra fees that you have no idea are for but need a light or pipe fixed that was already broken before you moved in ? Nope . I couldn't imagine being so proud and confident about running a business this way . Be different and do better and maybe you won't get these horrendous reviews !! I've seen better management at Fast Food places and more human decency in them as well.

The gate facing Vassar drive has been malfuctioning for about 4 months now. The most recent malfunction is beeping when the gate opens and closes, which it wasn't doing 4 months ago, making it impossible to know if the gate is stuck open, as it's warning beep occurs over 30 times a day. The gate is often stuck open, creating an unsafe environment for the residents. This beep keeps me up at night, and is loud anough that zoom meetings in my unit picks it up. I have attempted to get staff to fix this for the last 4 months, and they disregard any concern. Simply stay as far away from this mess as possible.

Place is completely infested with roaches and rodents and I’m pretty sure the management is not human. They will make u pay rent while roaches are climbing up through your shower also and your shower is broken by their mantnace team and not to mention the flooding and fiecies from above coming down. Do not move here whatever u do!!!

READ FOR YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT!Easily the worst place I've ever lived. I love my individual unit which I would rate 4 stars, but everything else is absolutely 1 star.Management is unhelpful and will absolutely not assist you with any issue, no matter how serious. I had a wasp infestation that last for 10 days without management ever checking the unit. I had to call greystaelrs Denver HQ directly to get any action. That team was replaced.I had a neighbor whose cat was on my balcony meowing day and night, broke some of my items--NEW management told me there was nothing they could do about. My neighbor was caught (on video) stealing packages but did not have to move. The fitness room is NOT in the Sage community AT ALL. You will need to leave it and go into the ELM apartments with no directions to assist you to find it. I went once and was even followed to my car after my workout by some guy asking for my number while saying he didn't live there "just visiting a friend."It is a noisy apartment, and I can hear neighbors to the left and right, as well as walking through the halls. Noise GENERALLY dies down around 10-12 but I have been woken up many times after midnight. I don't mind this, but it's not for everyone--especially if you have early mornings. They have things like free wine events, community events, but they always take place on weekdays, and it's usually from 430-530. So if you work 8-5 like myself, you'll miss all of them unless you work from home.I have never paid the same amount of rent. I have 1 pet and rent the garage (terrible parking btw, I have to back in every day.) My first rent bill was in the 1500s (1400 base rent). I paid 1680 last month. The same unit was listed at 1380 the other day when i checked m(Crested Butte). You will be punished by neighbors who leave trash in the lobby (often) by another fee being added to your rent for each bag of trash they remove. The street does not get plowed well either. Garage does stay in the 40s-50s so that's nice. There is a $45 "convenience fee" to pay rent by card, so you will have no choice but to give your bank information as an e-check unless you want another 50 bucks added to your rent.If you still want to rent, do so! I just want people to be aware of what they're getting into, which is a privilege I did not have since I moved from out-of-state. I am desperate to leave, but only the location, individual unit, and proximity to my office are factors that leave me undecided. They are building a new community (Vine at Panorama) and I hope that one will be nicer with better management and amenities in the building. If so, I may move there.

Haven’t been living in this complex for long, but so far the most helpful person in the office has been Lucille by far!Lucille is nothing but kind and helpful any time my wife and I need assistance. What a bright light she brings to this community!Hoping she will be around to continue giving great customer service and good vibes for as long as we’re here.

The Manager Angela Wells is rude and very very unprofessional. And so is her Assistant Nicki. You won't find me in the system. I'm a former employee. No thank you.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I Beat them in a court case 6 months ago. It’s not worth it. Live some where else. I was given two mailbox keys with no mailbox. I could not register my address with the post office or set up my xcel energy account. Definitely something fishy going on. Soon everything will catch up with them.

The apartments here are okay at best. The unit I toured when applying to live here was beautiful and not at all an accurate representation of the unit we wound up signing for. It has been a little over 6 months since we moved here and things I listed as broken or outright missing from our unit still have not been fixed/replaced. The outlets in our kitchen have been losing power and I have heard absolutely nothing in regards to getting my maintenance requests completed, it's now been over a month. You pay for a lot of things that we don't have or things that frequently don't work. The elevator in our building is down constantly. We had to help a disabled neighbor up the stairs one night because the elevator was out, god only knows how long they were waiting before we got home. One of the front doors to our building was unlocked for MONTHS and the gates around the whole community are never closed. I emailed front desk about it a few times and they never once responded to me, now when I email them about literally anything they give me so much attitude because I pestered them about the gates (which I still haven't heard back about, thanks girlies) You pay for a parking pass but if you get home later then 4pm you will not get parking. They've randomly shut off our water a few times without any warning, I'm not sure how legal that is but it does happen. The walls are thicker than other places I've lived, I rarely hear neighbors. It really isn't the worst place I've lived but it is by far the worst managed place I've lived, if the front desk girls are mad at me over wanting to know when the gates will close I can imagine they're mad at some other folks for things equally as ridiculous, and that coming to them over things far more serious is likely much more challenging. Maintenance requests don't get done, and reading other reviews that sounds like a common theme. You can find somewhere better priced, the same, or even less than these apartments, so I encourage you to keep looking.Edit: Instead of asking me to come to the office why doesn't someone respond to the numerous unanswered emails I've sent you? Today you let someone into my apartment without permission after I explicitly told staff they could not enter without me home because of my dog, they gave my dog food she's allergic to in an attempt to placate her (she instead urinated out of fear in the doorway) this is absolutely ludicrous and extremely unprofessional of all of you.
