Was considering renting from Sage until I read the reviews and started digging deeper into their management company. No thanks I need a place I feel safe in. They also had various bazaar fees to live there as well...so no thanks....

The maintenance is not good anymore, they don't do their job properly like before. I have been losing packages in front of my door this year, it happened three times already. I have been living here since 2013 things like this never happened before. My hope is that things go back the way they were before.
