Thought I needed to replace the tubes or the tire and instead the bike just need to be refilled with air. They did it at no charge dropped off last night and picked it up today. Any other place would’ve charged me at least something for filling up the air these guys are awesome!!

Walked in to inquire about a chain issue and before finishing my sentence the worker said “We don’t work on those bikes.” I understand you may not work on my bike because it has a throttle (though I don’t understand why) but I came in there with a chain issue. The worker should have at least heard me out and offered his input on the matter. Clearly, building customer rapport and keeping doors open for future business is not part of their business model.

I called about getting tires fixed and whoever answered the phone was very dismissive, they seem to do work but have poor customer service.

Teenager fixed my flat and apparently missed a thorn in the tire. Tire was flat again the next day. I brought it back and they would not do anything for me except charge me another $25 to fix the tire again.

Broke a spoke, they had me sorted out within 2 hrs. It was a Saturday when other shops told me it would be at least a week. Props to their work ethic!

They replaced the brake cable and made a few adjustments to my daughter's mountain bike. Reasonably priced, fast, and well done.

Russ was super helpful and friendly! They almost immediately knew what my bike needed to ride safely, and I was in and out in less than 10min! Will go there for all my bike needs from now on

I don't live near Cycleton, but know of the shop because of the Black Swift/Cycleton racers I have met/raced with. I stopped by while I was in the area to get a few small things. While I was looking at mini pumps and tubes, a mechanic (maybe store owner) came out and seemed quick to make assumptions about how much I knew about cycling. His most memorable piece of advice to me was that I should "carry a spare tube," while riding my tubeless set up.
The way he spoke to me just made me feel like he assumed I knew very little about what I needed because of my gender and/or appearance. It reminded me of all the times I had gone into bike shops and been talked down to. I love cycling as a sport and hobby and I am bummed to have had this experience at a local shop. I won't be back - there are plenty of great shops in the Front Range.
