Such a gross place, never been cleaned. Pharmacy and pharmacist take forever and they are incredibly rude. Also impossible to reach them over the phone. They should close down it’s unsanitary and smells like pee

This CVS is the worst, the pharmacy sucks and the people are so rude. I called to fill a prescription and planned on picking it up after 5 hours and they told me it wasn't ready and won't be ready for another 3 hours at best. If you need meds make sure you call about it at least 5 business days before you need it otherwise you won't get the medication you need for every day! Horrible place!!

literally everything is locked up, it's utterly ridiculous. There are little buttons you are supposed to press to get help and they all do nothing. I recommend going anywhere else.

All I can say is, make sure you check that your prescription is actually yours before walking away! Got turned away not once, but twice saying my prescription wasn’t ready yet. By the time it was filled, they checked me out and I walked a few steps away before realizing they gave me someone else’s prescription! Pharmacy tech thought the mix up was funny. Yikes!

This is the worst CVS there is, especially the pharmacy. Never get prescriptions from there, unless you want to just waste your time waiting in line, showing up to pick up meds they said were ready when they are in fact not. And takes them days to fill.

I completely understand that this career field and job currently is in probably the worst state and it’s tough and understaffed but Christ idk why I continue to come back to this pharmacy … only bc it’s so close to me. Genuinely everyone that works that front desk is so dang rude

Steve Scales is the worst store manager ever. He tries to run cvs like a Walgreens and it fails. His staff is rude to customers, they won't allow customers to use the restroom, they have the ability to do balloons, moneygram, and money order but choose not to cuz they don't know how and they're too lazy, and their employees won't take lunch so they can leave early which will leave one supervisor by themselves for too long until next shift. They know nothing about customer service. They will close earlier than the time posted, they will delete ur cvs card information so you can't leave a review or comment as an extra care member. Worst CVS you'll ever go to.

Staff incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Got there and they said my medicine wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I drove all the way home and then I got a text saying it was ready 15 min later. I wouldn’t have minded waiting. Waste of my time. And paid twice for parking.
