Just sat on hold with the pharmacy for 50+ minutes with no luck getting through. When I went in a month ago for a scheduled vaccine appointment, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my shot. For the 45 minutes I was there waiting, the pharmacist never picked up the phone despite there being 4+ callers on the line. So unacceptable. People have medical questions they need to get answered.

Yet another CVS that does not answer the phone. 40 min on hold and I gave up and decided just to go in person as I was referred there from the CVS in Parker and informed they have what I need and would be able to pull my info. Turns out they lost me in the system overnight entirely and I shouldn't have wasted my time coming here. Onto Walgreens I suppose

Awful. My prescription was on hold so after three days of calling and waiting with no one answering the phone I drove down. Pharmacist told me there was something wrong with the insurance but he couldn't fix it. I had to call the 1800 number. I said I'll just pay cash please fill the prescription. He said okay I'll try to get to it today....

I have called the pharmacy every day—sometimes multiple times a day—for the last week. I waited a minimum of 20 minutes each time before I was either hung up on or told to leave a message. I left 4 messages. None of them have been responded to. I have been trying to get my order filled for 15 days without any response, let alone action.

Live nearby. Man at counter always very nice and fast. Feel sorry for him having to deal with all the addicts, theft and social problems in the area. He has a hard job and handles it with grace.

There pharmacist just leaves in the middle of the day and won’t come back. The people up front told me I would just have to deal with it when I asked how I was going to get my medication.

Another bad pharmacy review: I had a prescription filled on Friday and the pharmacy was closed all weekend. I understand that they had staffing issues but they were unable to transfer my prescription aka I was left without & no one was willing to help. I returned Monday when they told me they would be available. A staff member (not all!!) was very very disrespectful and rude throughout my whole experience. I waited for 40 minutes (with me checking in every 5 mins), all while the pharm manager watched this all happen and did nothing to help. I see why this store has such poor ratings. I would recommend using other stores if possible. Very disappointed.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been. I have been waiting for a prescription that I really need for over 26 hours. I showed up and there was one pharmacist and one guy helping people in line and they said it would be a while. Told me they would expedite my prescription and it would be 30 minutes. I came back an hour and a half later (3 times the amount of time they told me) and they proceeded to tell me they still hadn't started on it. I simply asked how long it would be, because I don't want to keep coming back time after time, when they are telling me times that are not accurate. Both guys went off on me and were complete assholes. I understand they are understaffed but I was very nice to them and they were super rude to me. I came back and the employee told me the pharmacist literally just left mid shift and never came back. I will never ever come back to this pharmacy.

I scheduled a Covid vaccine at this location a week ago. When I arrived at the store, I was told that the pharmacy was closed and that there was nobody there to do my vaccine. I had intentionally scheduled this on a day that I had time to feel a little under the weather following the vaccine. I checked online and there were no other CVS stores within a 20 mile radius that had any vaccines appointment for the same day. So I went to King Soopers instead. There, I was told that they couldn't do my vaccine either because CVS had already ran it through my insurance. Let's first try to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that nobody knew that the store would be closed at the time of my scheduling. Could be an honest mistake, but then why wouldn't they send any kind of notification telling me not to waste my time and come in?? Somebody was clearly there, working at some point, because they fraudulently charged my insurance for a vaccine that I did not receive. When I called their customer service, I was told that they couldn't help me either. Because the store is that entity that charged my insurance, they also have to be the entity to reverse that charge. To say I'm furious, is an understatement

Pharmacy review only - 1 star is too many. Absolute waste of time, it is definitely worth it driving to a further pharmacy.

I was here with my special needs son who is 9 this morning who has Down syndrome and he also had a stroke while in treatment for leukemia and the kid who is supposed to assist upfront lied and said I didn’t have any money on my cvs card so I spent my own money then when I asked him a question he just refused to answer. He lied when I asked for the manager he also refused to help me with the door. There door was kinda hard to open let alone with his wheelchair and our bags ( we are taking grey hound back home to Ohio after we we’re driving to ca and got into a accident and we had a 40 hour delay in Denver which was only supposed to be 3 hours). He also did this movement like he was disgusted by him. I don’t really care what he thinks of special needs people because i can’t change peoples stupidity but he shouldn’t work with people at all. Oh he was also sending a d pic when he was in his phone ignoring me.

Unbelievable attempt at getting vaccines. Tried it 14 times and still ended up having to pay $250 for a flu and COVID shot. Come to find out Cigna is out of network and they should have known that.

I have never gone into this pharmacy and seamlessly gotten my prescription and left without issue. There are always problems. Main pharmacist and staff are not compassionate and never have any sort of urgency to rectify problems with insurance/obtaining prescriptions or ownership over their role in doing so. The employee Michelle even hung up on me during a phone call after I told her the way she was handling a situation in which CVS/USPS lost a mail delivery prescription and CVS tried to charge me again for its replacement was abhorrent. Will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens today. Do not recommend this location whatsoever.

Well, cannot comment on the pharmacy, but just buying off the shelf stuff, it's fine here, and you can even avoid any interaction with the employees by self-checking out.

DISCLAIMER: this review is for the pharmacy ONLY - not the retail store! They've lost my prescription many times and always act as if it's a total inconvenience when i come in to pick up a script. I get having a bad day or disliking your job, but if you're truly that miserable day in and day out, maybe do yourself (and everyone else) a favor and switch careers.
