Weird interactions with employees. Can’t tell if they are overly suspicious or racist. I was looking for help with a locked away product and the cashier was being really sus like I was going to do something to him. I was in a tshirt and jeans, well fittng, but he made me lead him to where we were going like I had a weapon and he was scarred. It was weird cause he had the key…why is he following me. It made me uncomfy and also a little mad.

Worst pharmacy anywhere. Incompetent staff and rude about their incompetence. I’m generally a patient person but the entire pharmacy staff is an utter disaster and the last 3 times I’ve been in has pushed me to my limit. I would drive an extra half hour to go anywhere other than this god-awful CVS pharmacy. The entire pharmacy staff should be terminated and replaced. Awful management and it trickles all the way down. Will be taking our business elsewhere immediately.

following me around the store when all i was trying to look for toothpaste and a toothbrush. there was three other people in the store and the lady only bothered following me around or standing at the end of every aisle i was in.

The store was immaculate. Had everything I was looking for! The highlight of my visit, why I went there, was to print some very important documents and I had no idea what I was doing even though they had the resources to accommodate. Jackie came to help me and even though my phone didn't allow for me to utilize the stores resources, she was kind and knowledgeable enough to show me another way to do it and took the time with me until she got my medical documents sent for me. She is a very valuable asset to the store and I couldn't thank her enough for what she helped me with.

Despite them texting daily every time I go to pick up a Rx it's actually not ready. I can't tell if its incompetence, understaffing or a combination of the two but I dread needing to pick up from here every month

Pharmacist here couldn’t be bothered to do a task that takes 30 seconds because they were about to go to lunch in 15 minutes. Just needed a simple prescription transfer to a different CVS. This location has always been a pain, no AC, long lines and staff that doesn’t care. I did it in the app in 30 seconds.

Rude as can be. I'm an instacart shopper. I made a purchase there and had to return it. I showed up at 10 minutes to close as soon as I could. After I tried to make the delivery. And they refused to let me in the store and the doors were locked, it was 950 the girl on the other side of the door informed me that the register was already closed for the night. If you close at 950 you should state that not 10. This is unacceptable and just flat out poor customer service. I now have to waste more time in my day to make a return when the employees feel like doing their job.
