Holy cow, I have nothing but immense gratitude for the staff here at 303 Self Storage Broadway. Less than two weeks into my new lease, there was an incident. The staff took it incredibly seriously, reviewed the unit with me. Told me how they were going to fix it in the future and even reviewed camera footage extensively with me. I went home sad about the incident but feeling hopeful because I was so supported by the staff. Within hours they called me and let me know that that the incident had been resolved. I went and picked up my stuff and spoke to officers who were already on the scene.
Some things, by their nature, are out of the control of ourselves and the staff. However the staff's response here was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in any other storage unit business (and I've used a lot over the years). They TRULY cared and wanted to help. In the past I've changed storage units whenever I move to have it nearby my new place. But due to the staff's actions and immense professionalism today. I will only being using 303 self storage locations for as long as I live in Denver. I'm a lifelong customer now.

Decided to move my stuff into this storage when public raised their rate on me the 3rd time in a year. Just off of giving 303 a call, I already wished I had moved my things here a long time ago. The professionalism with this place compared to public storage is a huge difference. Not only was the lady on the phone extra courteous but meeting Phil the next day really locked in the feeling of ease of just knowing I chose a great place with staff who take pride in their job. Phil was real courteous and flexible with me. His attention to detail was great as he explained everything well leaving no questions. He got my hogwarts storage filed and finalized quickly. Highly recommend this place.
