This Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Ctr, an IHG Hotel location has closed

Hotels, Venues & Event Spaces
The Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Ctr, an IHG Hotel, is a mixed bag for guests. While the staff is consistently friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service, the hotel itself is in need of a major renovation. The rooms are dated, with issues like backed-up showers, loud air conditioning units, and poor temperature control. The food and drink options, including the lunch and buffet, are also disappointing, with limited choices and overcooking. Additionally, the hotel has odd parking, slow elevators, and is even becoming a homeless shelter, with plans to close in May. Despite the convenient location, the hotel's overall condition is below par, with problems like trash, broken elevators and lamps, stained towels, and a dirty lobby. While the price may be right, many guests feel the Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Ctr is in dire need of a facelift or remodel to meet the standards expected of an IHG property.
