At Colfax Strong, we offer group classes and personal training as well as nutrition coaching and barbell only classes. We focus on movements that mimic real world situations; getting out of a chair, putting a heavy box on a high shelf, squatting down to pick something up, carrying groceries, etc. We mix these movements up, so that no workout is the same, so that no matter the day or week throws at us, we are up to the task at hand! We develop workouts for all levels. So whether you’re just getting started or a seasoned athlete, each class or personal training sessions is set up just for you! You'll receive high level coaching and be a part of a supportive and vibrant community!
