Habib and Ms Martinez were nothing less than amazing. My phone's screen went black and I was told to take it to best buy and they would be able to transfer my contacts.wrong, they said they could not!! I took my phone to cricket and Ms. Martinez spent thirty min transferring my contacts. She did not have to do this. Much respect to this woman. Thanks so much!! More pay keeps exceptional employees around.

Went in a couple days ago to do a port over Yoselin was amazing helped me get my transfer pin and account number. She also helped me set up my new phone. I’m very appreciative of her I will be coming to see her.

Austin was an amazing help today and has really great customer service now a days people don't really care for treating other good when it comes to their jobs, but Austin it the complete opposite. He deserves a raise :)On the other hand, his coworker was so disrespectful I understand she wasn't helping me but she let Austin do all the work while she took a phone call and while Austin was doing his job, she make it seem like we were talking loud and took her phone call outside. That's era rude
