So some guy Jose was the second name he gave me flat out refused to gimme any Kleenex or tissue when there was clearly some on the table, when asked how they use the rest room without T. P. He said the don't use any. It's cold out so I have a runny nose, I pay my bill just like every one else! It was out the way for Jose to help a customer out by giving me a piece of tissue. Pretty rude and disrespectful! 2/26/24 12:30 noonish

I been with Cricket for years I never had any problems with them they aren't a rip off if you go Metro PCS or Boost when you know your phone Bill is due both of these companies will shut your cell phone off and Cricket has a Bridge Pay.

Cesar and Myra were extremely helpful, i was treated horribly at another Cricket store and went to my home store and both Cesar and Myra helped me understand the issue that the other customer rep at the other store basically refused to help me at all.
