I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.

If I could rate this a 0 star, I would. I walk in the cricket store, right away I see a lady taking pictures of herself. I continue to walk in and she tells me “I’m going to be right with you” , but she was still taking selfies. Another worker came and talked to her , so she went to the back. Right when she came back, in front of me she, she takes out her phone and takes selfies of herself after a few min, I just left because clearly she was not going to come and help. This customer service is terrible. Do not come to this location.

We came in on Sunday at 4:28pm, this location advertises that they close at 5:00pm. The lady working this day was very rude to us and said the store was already closed for the day. All the displayed phones were already put away. We were only coming in, to purchase a new phone, since we already have an account. I asked for the managers name and number and the managers business card, and the lady said there was no Manager working at this location. Very poor attitude and very poor customer service!

I was here to recover my first page, which had all I needed together. I hit some button & the whole page was gone!! Sebastion was very efficient and a nice young man. I recommend him and this office at S QUEBEC and Leetsdale.

This Cricket store is excellent the sales representative who assisted me with my serious issue of a damaged phone while I am traveling was so very helpful . Also the store is nice and clean and many different options to choose from . I highly recommend this particular Cricket store for sure . Thanks for all your help with my issue . ✌️
