Allison was an amazing help, we had a lot of registry returns and then wanted to buy a whole new set of items and she never made it feel like an inconvenience or like we were taking up too much time. Very nice and friendly lady.

Came into the store a few weeks ago wanting to do a full apartment renovation - though I clearly needed some help.
I was quickly approached by Nikki Byers who did a marvelous job at not only assisting me in the moment, but was professional, friendly, and responsive over a multi-week period of in home and in store appointments. As someone who works in sales, Nikki was never pushy or “salsey”, clearly communicated, and it was clear that she knew what was important to me and structured her recommendations accordingly. Will be personally recommending future friends and family to Nikki Byers specifically and had a really great experience with her and the firm in general.
Additionally, Crate and Barrel as a firm had fair pricing, good quality products, and a clean and friendly store.

I bought a couch from them for over $4000 and it started falling apart less than one year. Not only they’re refusing to order the warranty but also keep emailing back-and-forth promising to call back and then disappear. Don’t buy from them.

This is comical- non-apology number three - we apologize “if” your order was canceled. Nah I’m just wasting my time complaining for the fun of it. And if it was canceled due to it being out of stock, why’d you make me wait three weeks? Buyer beware: You could order something from C&B for store pick up and wait for weeks only to have it canceled. I was supposed to pick up a furniture item at this store that I ordered online. After waiting three weeks, it was canceled. No explanation, only a non-apology apology 'we're sorry for any inconvenience.' I emailed to understand why this happened. I got an even worse non-apology 'we're sorry to hear your order was canceled' and was offered an insulting 10% off another purchase. I've shopped at C&B for years. No longer. I don't care to support companies that sell people stuff and can't deliver, and, more importantly, don't know how to apologize when they screw up. An actual apology and an explanation was all I needed. I don't know who is running this corporation's customer service department, but I question whether they have adequate credentials for the job (or even any common sense).

Mitch was exemplary! He helped us choosing the correct size sofa for our basement. We originally went in with the intention of purchasing the “Lotus,” and he suggested the “Lounge” sofa with a left arm chaise. A better fit, and this even saved us money…we are very pleased!
