Amazing staff and beautiful facilities. My girls loved the free upgrade, they were able to watch all fireworks for New Years ❤️

Tre was a great host throughout my entire stay here. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of Tre.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was quick and easy. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly. Everything is super clean and inviting. My room was ready when checking in and supplied with a couple of extra towels. Comfy bed, nice TV, and a great view who could ask for more? The young man at the restaurant downstairs was outstanding. With all the hotels in Denver, do yourself a favor and stop by here. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for nearly two months for work, and I am extremely frustrated with the repeated intrusion despite the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign on my door. I work nights, and on one occasion, the maintenance person knocked on my door at 2 p.m., waking me up even though the DND sign was clearly visible. I stopped by the front desk to request that maintenance come back between 7 and 8 a.m. the following morning, when I would be returning from work. However, they showed up at 9:30 a.m. instead.
The situation only got worse. A week later, while I was asleep, naked, in my bed with the DND sign still on the door, I woke up to find two men in my room—maintenance staff—claiming it was an emergency. They were there to check the internet connection. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel of this caliber. According to the law, hotel staff cannot enter a guest room with a DND sign unless they have consent or there’s an emergency, such as a fire or flood. Clearly, this does not qualify as an emergency, and this breach of privacy is both unsafe and unprofessional.
It is deeply concerning that maintenance can enter your room at will, even with a DND sign on the door. This situation raises serious questions about safety and privacy, and I am extremely disappointed by how this has been handled.

Janky, cheap-looking, out of date, with poor service, empty sugars, creamers and utensils, terrible and expensive food, with some real low end losers working there, unwilling to do their job but very willing to lie to you and steal.
When checking in, my reservation was not correct and there were only 2 nights booked instead of the 3 I had booked on the phone. I very clearly explained what was supposed to happen and was assured things had been fixed, and my checkout date changed. I received a checkout email on the 2nd day and went to the front desk to get things fixed AGAIN. I encountered two very useless men, one of which had checked me in and knew damn well what conversation had taken place. It took some time but they finally booked another night for me and assured me I wouldn't be charged for it. I listened to them discussing how they would 'comp it on the back end.' I have since been charged for that stay. I have contacted Kevin Smith, allegedly a manager of the hotel, several times and they are refusing to acknowledge the billing issue at all, and have not responded to repeated requests to reverse the charge. At this point, they are conducting fraud and stealing from me. I made it very clear from the beginning what I needed for a duration of stay, and several other people have screwed up. They have lied and been incompetent and do not care in the slightest. Absolute trash.
Rooms: Old, gross, not updated, and hopefully you're not taller than 6' or you'll smack your head on the ceiling.
Safety: This is a very unsafe area of Denver
Food and drinks: Extremely limited options that are expensive and gross.
Noteworthy details: The general level of BAD is pretty noteworthy.

I recently stayed in the 1-bedroom, 2-room suite at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek, and it was a fantastic experience! Room 402 (Mountain View). The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The only minor issue was that the water in the sinks took a little longer than expected to warm up, the shower warmed up faster. This small inconvenience didn’t take away from the overall comfort and quality of the stay.
The parking price was great and we felt very safe!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the Denver area. Thank you, Courtyard by Marriott, for a great experience!
Rooms: Room was a great size.
Safety: Felt very safe.

Tre checked us in for our stay and he went above and beyond, from his friendly smile and charisma, his helpful information about facilities and the time of operation for the dinner bistro and breakfast bistro. He topped it all off by thoughtfully handing us a few bottles of water, to make sure we were well hydrated with the dry Colorado air.

The Courtyard Denver Cherry Creek is adjacent to the Denver International Airport. Breakfast is included! It has long-term parking at a reasonable price. The shuttle service is timely.

I love this hotel. So nice. The pool is nice. The hot tub is SUPER chlorine. But it is a nice place. I stay there regularly when I don’t have pets

So, what I loved about Cherry Creek was there is a coffee shop & restaurant in-house! The fireplace and comfy seating area also added enJOYment after a long day! Cheers!!!
Sorry, no pics. :-(

Rooms are nice, however the maids are lazy, for some reason the 2nd floor smells like ass. More on the maids I went out and I didn't leave the do not disturb since out on my door and they didn't come to clean my room. The front desk clerk is very nice. The hotel is nice, but they should remodel the pool, gyms and the rooms a little cause they look like they're stuck in the 90s, but if you like retro styling then that's for you just don't get a room on the second floor it stinks.

I have never been to a Courtyard that had servers in their Bistro before - normally it's order at the bar. Patty was super attentive and engaging. Thank you!
