My mom and I stubled across this store while exploring Denver. The ladies working here were so sweet and helpful. The clothes were very unique and we both found items we loved. Definitely worth the stop!

Friendliest staff ever!!! Help me charge my cell phone even when I said “I’m just looking” and had patience with me as I FaceTimed my friend in NYC so she could also pick out stuff. Walked out with 3 bags for me and 3 bags for my friend. Wish I lived closer I would def be a frequent customer. Most fun I had in Denver bc the staff was great. (Wish I remembered their names the two young ladies were awesome)

This is such a great store in Larimer Square. Was visiting Denver and had to stop here. So glad I did. The location is cool, the brand is so colorful and fun. Great quality. Bought a vest that I love. But hands down what made the visit exceptional was the experience I had with Riva and Dillon. They were so knowledgeable and listened to what I was needing. From that info, they made great recommendations and were so helpful in finding the right piece in the right size. Dillon had to check stock for me twice and delivered! Definitely visit this store! I had such a fun experience.

Visiting some family here in Denver and went to see what they had at this store. Cotopaxi is brand I recently found out about back home in California. I really like their quality in their jackets. I have other competing brands jackets and they are all good but Cotopaxi is my favorite so far. The colors they have are better in my opinion. Kinda tired of the basic boring colors, Cotopaxi look really nice. The fit is alot better to me also. Not too snug. This store had almost everything I've seen on their website for men and had the sizes too. Got to try on and even their fitting rooms were nice. The 2 employees they had were both really nice and helpful. My wife was in a store nearby and none of the workers even spoke to her! Came out with a few nice things and already wore it out in this Denver freezing weather(freezing to me cuz I'm from Cali!).

To be clear, this review doesn't directly reflect this store or its employees. It is about Cotopaxi the company. Cotopaxi's lifetime guarantee is a scam to inflate the price of their products to seem competitive with REI or Patagonia. They talk about repairs & a great "lifetime" warranty, taking care of their customers, and being environmentally friendly. This is absolutely a lie and all marketing. I have a gently used backpack (no hiking or anything rough - just commuting to work). This backpack, a Batac 24L, wore holes through the laptop sleeve and they refused to repair or replace. My laptop could literally fall out of the bag at some point. I went through their warranty process figuring I could at least be able to get it sent in to be repaired. Heck, I’d even pay for a repair! Their warranty process is all online, so they don’t have to rip you off to your face. Instead of a repair or something that would make the bag useable, they sent me a piece of unbranded, clear tape. Like something you’d use to repair a pool float. It took almost 2 months to receive this piece of tape after the warranty claim was closed. I also have a larger 42L travel bag from Cotopaxi that I absolutely love. However, after this experience, they have lost my business and anyone I ever talk to about travel equipment and backpacks.

I am so disappointed in my experience at this Cotopaxi location. I walked in to the store and I was the only person in the store and the 2 people behind the counter could have cared less about me being there Not one word was uttered, not a hello, let us know if you need anything. I walked in looked around and the left. The customer service was non-existent and it did not appear that they were trying to solve the world's problems. Even so, a friendly, if you need anything please let us know. It appeared that they didn't care. Too bad

I went to Denver for a concert and meandered around Larimer Square and needed a backpack so walked into Cotopaxi. Riva and Skye were so friendly, lively, and helpful. They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for and I ended up purchasing 3 items instead of just 1. Riva and Skye made me realize I needed more than 1 item after I started looking around the store. Riva and Skye really gave me an awesome shopping experience- this was my first time buying Cotopaxi and now I'm a huge fan of the brand. I'll be returning to this store specifically next time I'm in Denver. Riva and Skye should be recognized for the awesome attitude and customer service they give at the store!

I had to exchange designs on the same type of bag and Riva was absolutely a gem. She took care of me and showed great customer service. Whoever that manager is there is training their people well!

These products are wonderful, with the exception of the leggings The size large is too small and they fall down. The size extra large is too large and they fall down. I tried to return them and was told I can only try to resell them at a resell sporting goods place in Boulder. I have two hats, many long and short-sleeves shirts, a jacket, a warm Ling sleeved button-down, two backpacks, and a Crossbody Fannypack. I love them all! Going to the store is fantastic because you can pick out your favorite colors instead of having it be a surprise online. The people in the stores are always extremely helpful! Very friendly and detailed in their information.
