I observe a couple in Costco today with a service dog when a tall male with curly hair with the name tag Jonathan approach them saying no service dogs allowed in Costco, His tone was rude as he proceeded to follow them as he kicked them out. I've been going to this Costco for the past 6 years and have seen many services dogs in there. It appeared as if Jonathan had vendetta toward the young black male observing of how he approached him. I felt that I had to say something because issues like this should not be happening in 2024. That was the poorest customer service that I have ever seen.

Went to return a vacuum. The greeter waved at us and clicked her counter and in we went, to the membership desk.
The lady then told me, quite rudely, that I should have come in a different door because that's where returns come in. I was a little annoyed she was randomly so aggressive at me and then she said "we take that kind and of stuff seriously around here."
I told her I hadn't seen a sign and she said there was one. I kind of got a little argumentative in return after she kept telling me there was a sign. I told her they should make it more obvious so people know. Whatever, did my return.
I went around front to see the 'sign' I missed. And it turns out, I did miss a tiny sign on the far right of the building. Who is looking there? It's also under the awning, so it's in the shadows. Not a very good sign. I actually missed it going back to the front to look for it. I found a sign. Tucked behind the trashcan at the front door.
I have been in customer service for most of my working life, so it is important to me how I am treated when I go out. I feel like I should not have been approached so aggressively about something I did not know and a sign that was hiding behind the trashcan. In addition, if this sort of thing is taken so seriously here at Costco, why didn't the clicker lady at the front door say we needed to go around?
I did not shop at this location. This is a one star review solely on customer service and disorganization of the warehouse.

Costco gone Olympic sales. The sizes and availability can outfit a fund raiser, food truck, or full on restaurant. There is food, appliances, and all the tools. Have a reunion coming up in the future? This Costco has all of it for you.

Great for business stock.
Many cleaning items in bulk as well. But doesn't have what most Costco has, like printers, vacuums, cloths etc , but. Makes up for other unique items you don't see at other Costco

In all my decades as a Costco member before it was even Costco but I've never even been to one of these. I had to try it out. I've gone a couple of times. If you own a restaurant or like buying things in bulk for business, this is an awesome place. They have a huge amount of different types of drinks by the case, sparkling Waters etc. You can buy a whole goat or a cow and they have a humongous walk-in refrigerator section with things they don't carry at the other Costco stores. There is no food court and a lot of the items you would normally get like clothes are not here but they do have interesting things like peppers and mango lassi... It's worth going to just to check it out. The people are super friendly here. It's never very busy. Of course, when people check out they're going to have a massive amount of things to buy for restaurants generally.

I go to a regular Costco when I need large amounts of regular household items, medications, fruit, bakery goods, and meat. I come to this Business Costco when I need large quantities of items for my business- large bags of flour, sugar, powdered sugar, cornstarch in big tubs, boxes, bags, deli wax paper, storage or mixing containers, and more. I enjoy the selection of snacks- think of it as the place where cool kids shop to fill their vending machines. It’s not a place for a jaunty grocery shopping experience though- no samples, fresh bakery, or small cheese blocks. Need a frozen goat? Here you go. 10 pounds of chopped onions? Yep. An unsliced block of prosciutto? Right here! They do have lots of premade salad bowl varieties in 4 packs and boxes of ramen cups in multiple flavors, which we like. In pandemic times, I appreciated the industrial size boxes of pasta and other staples. So you know, this Costco is geared to restaurant/business owners’ needs, not a family outing grocery run.
