I take being on time very seriously. However, on this date, I was over 30 minutes late. I apologized to Sonia and she accepted my apology. She also was able to cut my hair when I walked in and did a fine job. When I first walked in I handed her the money, not expecting to get a haircut because I was so late. When she directed me to sit down in the barber chair I readily and happily accepted. If I could have afforded it I would have paid her twice for her services that day.

Had a schedule appointment, arrived early. Stylist working on a person in her chair and had a person under the shower bowl. She apologies and said 2 people just walked in. I asked the other Stylist if she could do my hair. She said yes and did and awesome job. That is not good business practices to schedule and take 2 walking. Not happy

Heather was a terrible stylist for bumping off my kid who had a 220p appointment. We got there before 2. 230p appointment walked in and said she has to go first before us. Terrible in prioritizing schedule customers. Definitely not going back to her.

Stylist: Stylist is Heather and every visit I feel like I'm special. I get a flattop haircut which isn't the simplest style. She takes to it like a fish does to water! Very satisfied.
