We love our apartment, but with prices raising. Constant dog poop everywhere it’s a hassle. Our A/C unit goes out multiple times within spring / summer time and it’s a constant problem. If you like an apartment with no A/C this is your place. Maintenance time is good though. Parking is a mess with no lines painted, cars constantly broken into as well. Also noticed on Kittredge passing by they take a lot better care of the outside and grass, but closer to the lake they have less sprinklers and care.

I lived here for over a year and wanted to give fair warning to potential future residents:Overpriced. Units are low quality for what you pay for. Poor sound proofing. I had ongoing issues with loud neighbors and their pets which were never resolved by management despite multiple complaints.No assigned parking. There were not enough free spaces mainly due to too many people living in units that are/were not on leases. Private garages are an extra charge.Unsupervised children (especially in the summer months). Multiple issues with kids playing on residents’ vehicles, throwing landscaping rocks, making noise in stairwells and banging on residents’ windows and doors.Trash area is always a mess due to residents not placing their trash bags in the actual dumpsters. Saw several large raccoons running around at night as a result. Also no recycling bins or dumpsters available.Pool was not open for most of last summer. Hot tub was never open and had been filled with landscaping rocks when I moved out.Staff was polite overall but did nothing to actually address or resolve any complaints by myself and other residents other than send out emails to everyone which had no effect. About the only positive was that the pool was nice to use when it was open.

I just talked to the manager of this apartments, her name is Lina. She was super nice and attentive in hearing my concerns about a barnacle that was put on my vehicle without a notice. She leveled with me and helped me figure out a solution. She understands and cares for her tenants. Awesome costumer service. Thank you.

All the folks in maintenance are friendly! Mike came over and helped me put on a new shower head. Guys Cool as can be .Ladies in the office are always helpful as well! Solid staff
