This review goes out to DougWhile I have yet to even begin living in my building I cannot speak to what that is like but Doug is a real one. To be fair I do not get a call back from Cornerstone or any apartment specific line..Does that make me nervous? Heck yeah. But Doug? Forget about it. He is quick to respond and super helpful, breaking down everything I have questions about. Doug you a real one - please don’t block my number also shoutout to scarlet and thank you for your help via email and answering my questions!

Leo was a great help and very easy to talk to. There was a minor issue concerning my application and he was very patient with me and pointed me in the right direction so I could get it resolved and everything worked out great. I truly believe that he really cares about getting people in the right position and Apt. that they desire.

When I first moved in, I had issues with a key fob, but I called, and they were able to help me get in by a code until I could get a new fob the next dayNo issues since. They are responsive. Nice apartment as well. I have been in quite a few elevators, and some are very slow to come down. This one isn't. I also moved in on a weekend day.Overall, I give it 5 stars.The ONLY complaint and it's a very mild one. I wish the elevator had a HOLD button when I was moving stuff into the elevator. Someone had to stand in between the door to make sure it stayed open. Also, it would be nice to have a little cart, but that's it.
