The "self" checkout feature of this location in theory would be convenient if it didn't charge you for items you didn't get. The anti-theft scale you place scanned items on is completely off and charges you for things you didn't even scan. I was charged twice for items. It would just be faster for the attendants who were trying to fix the mistakes of the machines to check out customers out. Overall, I would not come back to this location because of this. You expect to be in and out when you are at a gas station, but I had to wait on the machine and still was overcharged.

The management and staff are rude. They are lazy as hell and don't know how to speak to people. I also was asking about having a real life person help me because They don't take EBT at the self help desk they became rude to me And Kicked me Out When They are Not the One doing their Job. And need better training and management skills Because How they treated me and my five year old son was shameful and uncalled for. But Came to 711 where I was treated right had a real life person helping me and got all they things we needed from Circle K I also spent more in gas because I do Work even tho I get food stamps And so I will not be taking my business to circle k ever again

If I could give negative Stars I would. We will start with the hot dog rollers. At 12:00 during peak hours for lunch there is either nothing on the rollers or it's old foods from the breakfast rush, They're chilly and cheese machine is always empty and when it is full it's hardly ever warm, They are almost exclusively self-checkout but the machines hardly work, The employees are some of the rudest employees I've ever seen! I'll definitely be contacting corporate.By the way there's a Sinclair Gas Station just over the train tracks that is a million times better.

The restrooms are closed for cleaning from 8pm till 6am, certain staff make there own rules, and be little customers with a hand written note on the front door stating for big bags, and back packs need to be behind the registers.And the lack of care for the trash can at each pump is Always NASTY.Myself and 30 of my trucks have been fueling up there for over 3 years,We won't be back until my drivers and are treated like working people using the restroom is a must and I will never leave any of my personal belongings with staff I'm not a shpplifter .

Not good customer service at all. Came here to stop on our way back home. The guy was rude and wouldn’t let us use the bathroom. Sad to see what customer service as come to.

They hadn't stocked or swept a lot of areas. There was this mexican guy in cooler who seemed to be only one working cause he got a lot of holes filled in.

The old Caucasian lady that was behind the register today around 11:30-12:30pm CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks ! I will never return to this store because of her and the way I saw her talk to this other customer was so unprofessional! Grow up !
