When in there earlier today and couldn't get anybody to help and there's no signs to help you inside either. So I could not comment on the prices or the customer service other than it was non-existent.

Amazing service and great people. These guys are the best in town. Every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been nothing short of amazing. Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call. This is crucial on the fast-paced, large-scale, multifamily projects. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We are a company that has used this company for some time. We had a salesman order 2 boxes of 100 packs of sawz all blade(over $400 worth) that they had never delivered. Tried to work it out with salesman and instead of working it out he FORGED what he thought was my name on a received sheet from the driver(mind you that the salesman still don't know my name after years of working with them). OK, so we have bad apples as employees sometimes I get it... but when I brought it up to the owners/manager, she stated she would look into it to make it right... well since I have paid the bill and heard nothing from the team... So I will no longer do business with this company as it does not seem that the bad apple stops at the employee.. just beware.

Terrible company. Terrible people who own this establishment. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will never shop or place an order with them again. I highly advise against going here. You will be disappointed. Not to mention the people who own it are completely unethical. Hands down worst experience ever.

Do not recommend this store they are racist and very discouraging and stereotyped customers. My husband and i walked in for the first time to shop for our company and one of the employees followed us through the aisle and said that we cannot walk around their aisles that if we need an item we have to stand by their desk only, or we have to open an account in order to shop with them. I find this to be very disappointing especially when we were looking to rely on this business for our contractors needs. Its sad to see how stereotyped they can be just because my husband was in work clothes doesnt mean he would become a suspect when you know business. Its appalling to know that they judge a book by its cover without knowing that we are a contracting company that could have relied on their business. Do not recommend this store at all in all honesty.

Why can't zero be an option. Staff was very unhelpful and i decided to leave after hearing another staff member claim an Hispanic gentleman "needs to go back where he came from". Completely unprofessional and the cornerstone for what's causing division in our country. Absolutely despicable, and they don't deserve to make one more time.
