Terrible customer service. No help what so ever. I asked if the clay was okay to leave in my car. The employee informed that that was okay. When I take the clay out it’s frozen. I call to ask for exchange or refund they say no, Then I ask how I might be able to save the clay and I get not guidance. Never again

Great customer service. I placed an order via phone call and had it for pick up. I have a really busy schedule, so it turned out I was only available when they were closed. The person on the phone said they could open the store on the day that they are usually closed JUST for this pick up order. I felt really bad but needed the items for an urgent order so I’m grateful they were so willing to accommodate me!

Really terrible service. They haven't had there stoneware slip for months and months. Called to and someone finally told me to call the Mpls store and have it delivered for pick up. Still have trouble getting the wet B clay as well.

In this place we find very good quality ceramic paints from multiple brands. A small warehouse service store where you can find excellent prices. The service is very good and will always advise you on which is the correct product for the purpose you intend in your art.

I will absolutely NEVER deal with this company again. I ordered 50lbs of porcelain clay from Continental Clay. Initially, I waited over two months before I was informed that it was returned to the facility because they were unable to deliver to my address. It turned out that the person that shipped it initially put the incorrect address on the shipment. Without any apologies for the mistake, they called me to confirm the correct address and said it would ship out again the next day. The agent said it would arrive in 3-5 days. I understand that mistakes happen and was not upset at this point. I waited over two weeks from that conversation and finally decided to call to check on the status of the shipment or to acquire a tracking number. When I called, they nonchalantly told me that the clay that was returned was “like pudding” and they were waiting on a new mixture. It hadn’t been shipped at all and was clearly a ways out. I was frustrated that it was never communicated to me and at that point I had waited over three months. The girl I spoke to was flippant and I received no apologies or anything acknowledging their mistake. I understand that things happen, again, but I also just don’t understand the complete lack of professionalism and communication to customers. I have bought from them many times and this was the last time I will ever do so. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t order from the disorganized company ever again.

We stopped by here for the first time today and the owner showed us around their shop and answered all of our questions. She was very patient with some of our beginner pottery questions and very helpful. She showed us to several areas that had discounts for several items we were interested in. Everyone was very nice and we will be back!

I arrived at the store at 10:30am, but it was locked and dark despite the sign on the door saying open 9am-5pm. I called the main 800 number, and the person I spoke to said the employee that was meant to open the store forgot their keys and had to go home, but they were on their way back right then. Again, this was already 1.5 hours past when they were supposed to be open. He couldn't give me an exact time when they would be back, but I decided to wait...big mistake. I waited for over an hour and still nobody showed up. Several other customers came by, and one person told me they'd had similar experiences before. Overall, just a massive waste of time -- I live 25 minutes away, so there's no way I will drive back over there and risk not finding the store open. Sorry to say it, but I'm just going to order my stuff online -- it's cheaper anyway.

Store is supposed to open at 9 but it was closed when I got here at 1030. Someone at corporate told me they forgot their keys, and were on the way so I then wasted an hour waiting. Terrible customer experience. Another customer came by while I was waiting and said they've had similar experience several times before.

Wonderful service every time I am in here. Great people and the prices are good. They have often looked in the back stock for a specific item for me.

I've been shopping at Continental Clay for pottery supplies for several years. They are always well stocked and very helpful. Sometimes they even have specials which I appreciate. There are only a few pottery suppliers so it's great having them in Denver. Recommend this company!!
