I purchased 3 cigarette items from the cashier by the name Nigisty. The cashier dug in her ear and nose then handed me my items. On top of that she short changed me a dollar. I asked for my receipt and went rounds with her to get the right change. She gave me my dollar. But Everytime I go into Phillip 66 she gives me a hard time.

The white women with reddish blonde hair is so rude. She has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. Her attitude definitely needs improvement. She purposely does stuff to piss customers off and it's disgusting. I can't wait until the gas station across the street is fi ally done. This place is trash along with 90% of the employees. If you hate your job that much that you can't even say hi back then maybe find a new one.

The woman working this afternoon was EXTREMELY rude and turning customers away claiming they had the virus and was telling other customers they couldn't buy anything. I tried to lighten the mood and she almost didnt let me buy my drinks! Wow she was bad energy all over. I will not be stopping here after work from now on

I went into this gas station today and had a coffee in hand and had the lady behind the counter say she can't ring me up right now when there's no one in line and there's no reason for her to say this it didn't seem like she was trying to be funny just seemed like she was being rude.
