This is my fifth trip to the place since I recently relocated near there. The rudest person I have ever encountered works at the counter! Always excessively loud and unprofessional. The staff members will treat you like a parasite while you wait in line for an eternity due to the employees handling some other matter besides customers (going on their phones comes to mind). On my most recent visit, I handed the worker money so I could refuel my car. He placed it on the incorrect pump. When I went in to speak with him, he was unwilling to take any action. He harassed me and was quite unpleasant. Don't go to this petrol station if you want to get what you paid for or if you want a pleasant experience. This is a hazardous gas station if I have ever seen one.

I’m givin’ this store a one star cus they don’t know how to run it no more. They keep hirin’ new folks who don’t last long and don’t do their job right. There’s this one fella who’s always there now and he can’t speak English good and he messes up everything. He had trouble with a money order for the person in front of me and he gave me the wrong change back. He also ripped up my scratchers and said they were losers but I know they were winners cus I checked them myself. He threw them in the trash and I was so angry. And then when I go to the store at night he has the doors locked even though it’s supposed to be open all the time. I don’t know why he does that but it’s real annoyin’ when I walk all the way there and can’t get in. I miss the old cashier who was young and friendly and knew what he was doin’. He was always open and helpful and nice to me. I don’t think they trained this new one at all but it’s too bad cus I don't go to this store anymore. I go to the Super Save right across the street - way better than this junk.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It was the worst experience I ever had at a gas station. First of all, the pumps were broken and I had to wait for 20 minutes to get gas. Then, the cashier was rude and overcharged me for a pack of gum. He also refused to give me a receipt. The store was dirty and smelled like rotten eggs. They don't even have a bathroom accessible for customers. There was graffiti on their outside walls and a puddle of something on the floor. I felt like I was in a horror movie. I will never come back to this place again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Conoco at all costs.

I've been to a lot of gas stations in my life, but this Conoco was the worst by far. The pumps were slow and dirty, the restrooms were out of order, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The coffee was stale and bitter, the snacks were overpriced and expired, and the parking lot was full of potholes and trash. I wouldn't stop here again if they paid me to. This place is a disgrace to the Conoco name and a nightmare for any trucker. Avoid at all costs!

This gas station is a total disaster. The service is terrible, the staff is unprofessional, and the facilities are dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a complete waste of time and money. If you are looking for a gas station that is clean, efficient, and offers great prices, you should definitely go somewhere else. Don't waste your time at this place. It is not worth it.

A complete calamity, this gas station. Prices are exorbitant compared to neighboring stations, and the pumps are perpetually out-of-service with disgusting surfaces. The interior is an utter hodgepodge, always with at least one sole sullen cashier and not to even mention the revoltingly unsanitary bathrooms. I can, with sincerity, affirm that my patronage of this gas station has ended and advise others to do the same.

Not a Conoco worth going to. The fuel quality is terrible, and my car's performance suffered after filling up here. The service station is filthy and poorly maintained, with frequently broken pumps and trash everywhere. The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly, and I imagine if they allowed people to use the restroom, that it would be disgusting. Plus, their prices are much higher than other gas stations in the area. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling. I had the misfortune of stopping at this Conoco and it was a complete disaster. The shopkeepers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed to have no interest in helping customers and were downright dismissive when asked any questions. To top it off, the store was filled with homeless people loitering outside, making it feel unsafe and unsanitary.And as if that wasn't bad enough, I actually witnessed a robbery take place in broad daylight. It's clear that the owners of this establishment have absolutely no concern for the safety and well-being of their customers. It's a shame that this place is allowed to operate and I would strongly urge anyone to avoid it at all costs. There are plenty of other convenience stores in the area that offer much better service and a safer environment.

The Conoco gas store on Federal Street recently gave me a terrible encounter. When I inquired for help with the gas dispenser, the counter employee was exceedingly rude and useless. She made no attempt to clarify the directions to me and appeared irritated that I didn't comprehend them. The gasoline I bought here turned out to be of poor quality, which made my car's motor have issues, which made things worse. Because of the subpar customer service and bad petroleum quality at this Conoco site, I would not suggest it.

This gas station is a total disaster. The staff was very rude and unhelpful, the facilities were filthy and run-down, and the prices were outrageously high. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will actively avoid stopping here in the future.
