“Shout out to Alex for being an outstanding customer service staff member! He should be the manager, he was so helpful, kind and patient. I have a neurological disorder and your printer was really giving me a hard time, the manager was very rude to me but Alex checked on me as I was exiting the store empty handed and he said “oh please come with me and I’ll take care of the problem” It was the system not me and he printed my documents on a different printer. I really needed those. His compassion for my anxiety meant so much to me whereas the manager was a cold horrible man who walked away and could care less. I almost left without my needed purchase printed and a horrible impression of Office Depot. So thankful to Alex for helping me and noticing I was upset, very rare these days, he’s a very special guy and should be recognized for his wonderful heart and knowledge, the manager didn’t know how to do it. Many thanks!!!”

His cheeriness and willingness to actually LISTEN is refreshing in this day and age of bland, gray, unhelpful customer service. Even if you don't live in Parker you should bring ALL your computer problems to Daktronix. Your problems will end there.”

I bought a 1 TB SATA SSD and a 4 TB hard drive from here. I also got an RX 550 but that one failed but I have the montec case the air 100 model.
