Urban Autocare was recommended to me by a coworker and I have had nothing but great experiences. They are very transparent with you on what services are needed and how urgent they are - they don't just try to upsell you on everything. The staff provided an uber back to work and communicated throughout each service.
About a year ago, I had a transmission service done and have since moved out of state. I started having some leaking and long story short- with very few questions asked - Chester took care of it for me and had me get the repairs needed even out of state. I think he was even responding to me on his day off. The kind of customer service that Chester and his team provide is unheard of nowadays. Jo was also a big help during this process. I would trust these guys with any vehicle and highly recommend!

Good folks at Urban Autocare. They are thorough. They let you know if something on your car needs attention without a hard-sell. If the car is in good shape, theyshare that as well. They are a neighborhood go-to for our family.

Jo and team were outstanding. Car battery died at school drop off. I got a jump, was over to Urban Autocare in 15 min - they were able diagnose I needed a new battery. Got a new battery in and out within an hour total time.

Great service and people. Perfect communication. They kept me in the loop through every step. They went to bat for me with my warranty company. The prices are very fair and just happy to have someplace that I can bring this overpriced beast to and not get taken to the cleaners! The team is awesome. I’m a happy customer.
